these people are rude, immature, and have no idea how customer service works!
i rented a storage unit online and drove over there with a trailer full of furniture.
after the code wouldn't work, i called and the manager told me that they decided not to rent to me because of a previous issue i had with a completely different company.
not only was she rude, she thought taunting me and acting unprofessional was the way to handle things.
i could tell the ladys iq was extremely low but normal common sense should tell her that she shouldn't be talking down to people when representing a business.
im sure someone in this company will reply with some kind of lie to cover up their sh*t like a cat but ive been a greenwood resident my whole life (44 years) and this company is definitely the kind that ruins a towns reputation.
i found a better, more secure storage place in greenwood that actually cares and is professional.
in summary, i do not recommend this company due to their unprofessionalism and lack of intelligence both in customer service and basic common sense.
