I called one more taking a shot and I explained the Funeral situation, and they told me all their machines were shut down for the weekend, but please hold. Rebecca got on the phone and told me she was off but she would wait 15 minutes for me to get there and she could press my suit! When I arrived, they were very helpful, understanding, and welcoming! I made arrangements to pick up my suit Saturday morning when they open. Upon arriving, the gentleman at the front desk was so caring, handed me my suit, and I told him I haven't paid yet, what do I owe you? He said it's no charge! Do not use these people, complete scam. $100 service fee, $100 install fee, and failure to mention…read more$100 deliver fee, but were very quick to mention to there was also $100 deliver fee when asked for them to not install it and then say they couldn't deliver the washer, that was already there due to them not installing it. Once my mother in law told just the $100 service fee would be paid because she no longer wanted the washer from them they forced to pay with threats to call the police. Absolute terrible business practices.
