I was sent a 20% discount twice through text messages so I thought I would take the opportunity and…read moredrop off my clothes, they honored my discount, but when I went to pick up my clothes and I had made two attempts yesterday, I only got a discount on half of my order because the girl running the counter claims that I had to pick up the total order at the same time which I went there twice and it wasn't delivered together it was split into two arrivals so I only paid for one of my order she wouldn't let me pay for all of it as I had offered to so then I could just come and pick it up anyways to make a long story short they wouldn't honor (the 20%) of the second two items with a discount which I thought was odd. I even called yesterday to let them know that something came up to prevent me from coming back a 3rd time to get my last two items this isn't mentioned anywhere in the text messages they send out to their customers I called this the bait and switch tactic!! All I have to say is I will not be going back there and I do not like that counter that they have she is like it's Gestapo of Mr. Rob's cleaners. It is a satellite location so it doesn't offer any cleaning services on site. All the clothes are collected there and taken to an offsite location where they are processed. The pricing is relatively reasonable although at times it seems it continues to get more and more expensive for dry cleaning. But that's not just at this side that's everywhere - it's nationwide as far as I can tell. I will say the service is friendly and helpful.

However, my…read morerecent experience regarding a vintage leather fringe coat I intended to sell for my business was extremely disappointing. Given my experience over the past few years including significant delays in the return of my daughter's wedding dress after preservation, as well as the damage to this vintage coat I would advise others to use extreme caution when considering this company. When I brought in the coat, I clearly informed the attendant that it was vintage leather. I was confident in this, but the attendant argued that it was faux leather after briefly inspecting it. I explained that, given the age of the coat, I did not believe faux leather would have been used at that time. Despite this, she insisted it was not leather and assured me it could be processed through standard dry cleaning. Based on her confidence, I trusted her judgment, although I was asked to sign a waiver prior to service. A week later, I was contacted and informed that the coat had been damaged during the dry cleaning process. When I returned to discuss the situation, the attendant acknowledged that the coat was, in fact, leather and admitted that sending it to a leather specialist would have prevented the damage. Despite this, I was told they had attempted repairs through their seamstress and that I would be responsible for the cost. I requested to speak with the owner, Forrest Ward, and was told he would contact me. After waiting over a week and leaving follow-up messages, I did not receive a response. Instead, I was later contacted by a manager who informed me the coat could not be repaired. During that conversation, responsibility was shifted onto me, citing the condition of the coat rather than acknowledging the improper cleaning method. Overall, I found the handling of this situation to be unprofessional and lacking accountability. As a long-term customer, I expected better communication, ownership of the mistake, and a reasonable resolution. As of 03/07/26 I still have not had my coat returned to me. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this dry cleaning company.

The jackets were $10 each which was more reasonable than other places I called to see. The staff was friendly and every helped me to my car with my items which was nice. There is a drivethru option, but I didn't utilize that. The staff will text you when your items are ready and if you come before 9am your clothing items can be done same day by 6pm.

They offered to re-do it and then when I came to pick it up- completely missed again. This process was repeated 3 times over 3 weeks. Finally when I went to pick it up and the stain was addressed, they scrubbed it so hard that there's almost a hole in the shirt and the shirt was worn once when I dropped it off. No apology or ownership taken at all throughout the process by staff. Save your frustration and go somewhere else.
