A couple in Blue Ridge were out of business. One in nearby NC said they were too far away and to call someone who services North Georgia. I finally reached First Choice Glass and Mirror. This company is awesome. Chris came to our home, removed the broken glass, took measurements and glass samples, to insure that the replacement glass would be an exact match. Three weeks later we had a beautiful French door again. Chris and his company are extremely professional and I would highly recommend them. Prices are very reasonable. Will definitely use them again should the need arise.

Ronnie was responsive, using either text or email as the situation warranted. He set up a time to come look at my broken window and get measurements; I contacted him about 5 PM on a Friday, and he had gotten the measurements by 3 PM on a Saturday. My situation was pretty straightforward, but he did give me options between the install-fast-but-no-warranty glass or the takes-longer-but-is-under-warranty glass. I chose the latter option, and my window is now fixed 9 days after contacting Ronnie. Very fair pricing, straightforward dealings, fast communication, friendly guy to get along with. I'm not sure how the business could be improved. Definitely recommended.

After sending pictures and telling him what was going on he quickly let me know what was going on and what the estimated costs were for repair. Annnnd he came out the same day and had both windows fixed in under an hour. I also realized I needed screens for 3 windows and we discussed pricing for new screens and he was also able to measure and give pricing for screens and get them ordered for a later delivery.
