Also I wanted a tray ceiling, again the building construction created a challenge I was already aware of because my brother who started it for me had told me so as only a brother would. Hum, maybe that's why he hadn't had time to come back and finish. They wanted perfection which would only be possible if it was torn down and rebuilt and that wasn't happening. They were very nice, very polite and very helpful. He had his son with him I think a early teens he too was nice, polite and helpful and actually pleasant to be around and didn't have a phone glued to his hand, he worked, which surprised me because of so many other teens behavior.
