We just built a house using Fineline Builders and our experience was great. We called them and…read moreshortly thereafter our call was returned by the owner, Len Poole. He was very knowledgeable and listened to our desires for our project. We decided we were interested in maybe using him so we set up a meeting. He asked a lot of questions to understand what we wanted and followed us out to our land, where he assessed what it would take to build on it. We soon hired him and Fineline got to work. Very quickly the shell of the house was up. We noticed the trusses were very close together and solid as was the structure of the subflooring. Every step of the way they did quality work They sent us to various vendors to get our finishes and without prompting the vendors all mentioned what a good builder Len was. They all turned out to be high quality vendors by the way. One of his subcontractors spontaneously said he enjoyed working for Len because the previous work was always done right, making his job easier. The bank where we set up our new account was impressed that we were using Fineline. Needless to say, we ended up with a well constructed house done for close to the originally estimated price. These people are honest and they make a sincere effort to get you a house as close to your vision as they can get. We cannot recommend them more highly.

I called the office Thursday morning and confirmed appointment at 2:00 Thursday: They completed the work at 6:30 Thursday afternoon: They don't arrive in a Pick-up, they arrived in a Box truck that was a plumbers shop and hardware store on wheels! less than 48 hours to resolve $1,500 problem! My tint rolled up 2 days later. They had me bring my car in. The technician looked it over and felt it was the extremely tight window seal that caused the issue. They replaced my Tint on that particular window. After looking over the rest of the windows. They felt that they needed to just redo all the door windows. So. They had me drop it off early Saturday and by 12 noon. It was ready to roll. Looks just as good as the first time. So. We are all human. Sometimes things just don't work out as planned. However, they stood by their word and repeated the work with no problems at all. They work they did was amazing and at a great price. I even threw in a tip to buy them all lunch.
