I DO know this business exists. My first encounter was a…read morephone call to the number listed on Google. I did not leave a message but the owner was very quick to respond that someone from my number had called him. Instant response you think instant service. Not the case! I made an appointment and I took a template to have one piece of glass cut. He said the glass would have to be ordered and he would cut it. He would then call me to pick it up. I called before Christmas and he said he had a doctor's appointment out of town. It would be later. THAT'S the last I heard from him. After no response from my numerous phone calls, I stopped by one day and of course since it's only a storage unit, timing to catch the owner there is slim to none! I still have not heard a word from him!! Numerous phone calls have been made along with polite messages to please return my phone call. I've only asked that if he is not going to complete the job, that my template be returned. Again no response. Therefore, I can ABSOLUTELY say I would not recommend Seneca Glass to anyone!!!!!!

We were told they would be back "soon" and get it done - would take no more than 10 minutes max. Ten days go by and we called again. A man answered and said he was driving so could we text him our address again and he would get back to us. We did - and nothing. Then per their website, we emailed our request again. Well, it's been a month and haven't heard from them. We reached out to Glass Doctor in Seneca instead - and they've been very responsive and professional. Don't waste your time calling Seneca Glass & Mirror. They don't return calls and don't show up. Guess they don't need the business, and they won't get it from us or any referrals either.
