I am…read morevery disappointed that the owner Terry Crooks was here several times to see the work being done and did not intervene to have it corrected. After poor craftsmanship and errors were brought to their attention- Terri demonstrated text messages and behaviors that were unprofessional- he even stated he was in it to make money. Thank goodness, Micky the salesman saw to it that the work was corrected and completed as it should be. I feel the price of my windows and installation was a 5 star experience. Jimmy even repaired the fascia and soffits. Now it looks exceptional. Just so disappointed to have to drag in others to assist me and to have had to have sought a lawyer. My advice is to deal with Mickey only. Dot your I's and cross your T's. Know who is doing the work. Before and after photos available as well as copy of text messsage correspondence.

Since I had scheduled another appointment the following day, I called early hoping to catch GHR before a representative arrived at my home. When I explained to Aaron my situation of not wanting to spend so much money on replacement windows, he told me he could do much better than the price I had been quoted. I signed a contract with him that day. The windows are triple pane and the color matches closely to the windows replaced. When we bought our home 6 years ago, we knew we would have to replace all of the back windows as they were original to the home and beginning to rot. What we didn't know was that the front windows were almost worse than the others even though they were relatively new. These Renewal by Anderson windows were horribly difficult to open, installed extremely poorly, and terribly inefficient as far as heating and cooling were concerned. Our salesman, Charley, was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was very patient, listened attentively and described every aspect of the job ahead. He helped us to choose the best options for our situation and we were pleasantly surprised that this project would cost less than we anticipated. Although we already trusted Taylors, Charley made us feel even more confident in our decision. Installation took 3 days due to the size of the project and number of windows. The crew was incredible all around. Super nice guys who barely stopped working even for a short lunch break. These men were so polite, courteous and clearly proud of the work they were doing. This wasn't a one and done crew. This was a crew of professionals who are craftsmen, and the end result shows. They did an outstanding job and we honestly can't say enough about how nice it was to have them here for those three days. We were dreading the install and it ended up being so much easier than anticipated because of the professionalism of this team. The windows themselves are amazing. We have already noticed that our home is no longer drafty, insects aren't creeping in around windows anymore and quiet - oh my goodness, who knew windows could make such a difference. We can barely hear road noise anymore despite our busy location. We are really looking forward to seeing the energy savings. If you are in need of new windows in your home, look no further than Taylors. You are not going to find anyone cheaper for a quality product and professionally done install. As I stated earlier, previous owner used Renewal by Anderson and those windows cost them more than we spent with Taylors. Shamefully, those windows were total garbage and we are so happy to have them replaced with new Taylors windows. All in all a terrific experience with this company, even better than expected. Thank you Charley, Vlad and crew and everyone who was a part of this. Our community is blessed to have Taylors!

Everyone said I was getting ripped off, so I reached out to some other companies for second/third opinions, including Ethan @ Roofers LLC. Not only did he identify the issue causing the leak, but he fixed it AT NO CHARGE. Do yourself a favor and forget about Guy Roofing. Roofers LLC may not be as "famous", but they sure as hell take better care of their customers!
