Great company, very helpful and communicative with my roof installation! Thank you so much!

Family Roofing has recently completed putting a new roof on our home. Mark Henriques was very professional and easy to work with. They were here to work on the day they were scheduled to be here and finished in a timely manner. Cost was reasonable and the roof looks great. If we ever need roofing again we will call them again. read more

After doing a little research and obtaining four quotes from local roofers my wife and I decided to have our roof replaced (in the Verdmont development located in Simpsonville SC) using Family Roofing, LLC and Certainteed Landmark Pro shingles. We decided on Certainteed's Landmark Pro shingles as they carry a Class 3 Impact rating which is useful protection against hail. The reasons we chose Family are as follows - 1] They are certified by our chosen shingle manufacturer, Certainteed, as a Select ShingleMaster provider, offering top notch service - and they can provide additional warranty protection services offered by Certainteed on top of their own workmanship warranty. 2] Family Roofing provides a 10-year workmanship warranty on all of their work (they stand by their work) 3] They use a single dedicated crew for their work (consistent workmanship) 4] They have been in business at least 10 years (11 years) 5] They have an A+ BBB rating with no complaints and are accredited with the BBB 6] Their customer reviews are quite good: Google - 103 reviews/4.7 stars; Yelp - 4 reviews/5 stars; Angi/Home Advisor - 12 reviews/4.8 stars. Mark visited to discuss the current shape of our roof and offered suggestions on what we may need and more importantly what we may not need on the reroof job, and Angela drew up the contract for the reroof. The crew was exceptionally nice and they arrived up precisely at 7:30 am each morning. They covered our plants/bushes, took care of the neighbors on either side to ensure nothing of theirs was damaged and cleaned up all nails and plastic & shingle bits, boards etc... The crew worked 12-hour days for just over two days to complete the job. What great work by Family Roofing, LLC. We recommend them for anyone looking to have their roof replaced and we will be voting for them as "Best of The Upstate" in the Services/Roofing Company category in February of 2025 (we missed the 2024 submittals). read more

Family Roofing - My new rooftop - Roofing Near Me - Anderson, South Carolina

I found Family Roofing through an internet search and called for a quote after reading positive reviews. We had a great experience with this business through the replacement of two full roofs after wind damage near the lake. The quoting experience couldn't have been better and one of the owners worked with the insurance company to get work started and finished quickly. I could not have imagined a better roofing company for the project. Give this group a call first if you need a roof. So many of the competitors would not even show up on time or at all for a quote. I can only imagine the quality of their work. Family Roofing is A1 in my book. read more

Shawn came out and checked a small roof leak-turned out to be minor, was repaired. He looked at the roof and caulked one area around the chimney flashing. He was very professional and punctual . I will call again in the future if needed. read more

Family Roofing was recommended to us and we called to have our roof inspected after a major storm. Jonathan called right away (I'm surprised by the other comment that no one responded?) and came out same day. He was friendly and very helpful pointing out several things we had not previously seen. It turns out we do not have roof damage only some minor gutter issues but if we ever need a roof, we would definitely use Family Roofing. read more

Very poor customer service, promised to come several times and never showed, never called.
