Impressive. He got up on the roof and walked around a bit and then came down to let me know everything looked fine with just normal wear and tear. However, he missed a few things that another roofer found later and just fixed for free. Okay, good and also not so good. So, bottom line, at least they didn't try to sell me on a complete roof replacement like some unscrupulous roofers that also came out, but they were not as fully thorough as might be hoped for. Initially, the job details were communicated through Blake, then gradually moved to Osman, the supervising foreman on site. The original deck was all wood and had a shed roof. The new deck is all TimberTech and has a gable roof. The work was performed in a timely manner and the job site was clean and in control. The entire project lasted roughly 6 weeks. Their philosophy was once they started a job. They didn't start a new one until 95% of the original job was complete. Not 100% because they were waiting for special orders or materials, we never felt neglected or out of the loop of communication. Osman was very professional and communicated with us well. We found that all the workers were conscientious of taking care of our property and worked very hard. I would highly recommend Deck World for all your future needs!
