Just normal wear and tear. He found a few minor maintenance issues and fixed them for me free of charge. This was in stark contrast to several other roofers who almost universally told me I needed a new roof, even though it was only 10 years old. So ... if you are have concerns about your roof, definitely call Arnold Roofing and ask for Caleb.

After over a year of interviewing construction companies (10+), to add a screened porch to our…read morehome, we finally found someone who listened and understood exactly what we wanted, NOT they wanted to build. Paul and his team from Glenn Gate Construction. To say that the total experience from first interview to the project completion was outstanding, would be an understatement. Paul showed up on time for our initial meeting (this was not the case for most of the others), listened to what we wanted in our project, made recommendations we had not thought of and within a couple of days we had a plan and contract. Paul worked with us to stay within our budget and when we had a question, or wanted a change he was quick to respond. But what I liked the best is that he would react to the question/change with the pros and cons, not just "sure we can do that". Paul's team that built our screened porch were craftsmen not just carpenters, and Paul monitored the project almost every day. I would highly recommend that anyone considering any construction project big or small give Paul and Glenn Gate Construction serious consideration. I called A1 Landworx to look at a huge water drainage issue that my yard was having. Brad came out…read morequickly and looked at my yard and determined what needed to be done. He provided a quote quickly and was priced reasonably and competitively for the job. He started the job within two weeks and came over several times before the job started, even during a torrential down pour, to make sure that he was addressing all the drainage issues my front yard was having. He had to install two pipes under my driveway, put ditches down both sides of the drive, and extensively graded to direct all the water to a dry creek bed that he lined with river rock. He finished up by laying out seed, peat moss, and putting straw mesh in the ditches to help with erosion. Lastly he put down a new driveway of crush run and put riff raff rock around the entrance and exits of the pipes. Brad is by far one of the hardest working men I have ever met. It took him 6 days to complete the job in the middle of August working by himself the majority of the time. He went above and beyond to make sure he looked at any issue I had. I would hire him again for any project whether it be small, medium, or large. Very professional and took great pride in the work he did!
