Contacted several window companies to get pricing on a 2 window project for the upstairs portion of…read moremy workshop. Yan Windows was very responsive and was able to come out and review the job and put a proposal together in short order. Other companies I contacted wanted 3 window minimums or were outrageously expensive for similar products and installation. It took a couple days to get the paperwork all in order and get the windows ordered. Since the windows were not a standard stocked size, they had to be made to spec and the team advised it would take 4-5 weeks when the sales proposal was initially made. I agreed and in 4 weeks, the team reached out to me to see if I would be available for installation. I was advised they could install the windows the next afternoon. I agreed and the crew contacted me on their way out, showed up at the agreed time and installation commenced. The windows installation turned out perfect and were completed on time, with great communication from the crew and a very thorough job site clean up. At the completion of the work, I was asked to complete a very simple satisfaction survey. Yan Windows and the crew got all high marks. I would rate this project as 6 stars if I could - no excuses, just outstanding performance!
