Five traps were set and 5 were caught I called to have them removed and Scott said within 2 days they will come. Because i didn't want the smell I climbed into to attic to remove them. He sent his tech to 2 days later and reset traps. More were caught I ended up baiting them myself as I couldn't wait. House was clear for 10 months but then heard them in the attic again. I called Scott as it states 12 month warranty and will remove any activity he sent his tec to inspect the next day. Scott calls me and said what they patched has not be disturbed and to set new traps would be $595! And recommended a smoke test and repair for plumbing pipe of $2,200. I said I don't smell any sewer smell in attic and what if there's no problem with pipes he said the he would credit me minus the smoke test.. I would not use or recommend this company.

We had Joel come with Apache come out because one of our friends kept telling us that this big local company was wrong and to get a second opinion. Joel came out and did a thorough inspection of everything and was able to find the subterranean termites by looking at a door that wouldn't properly close anymore and noticed moisture in the wall so he investigated that area to which he found some damaged wood on the framing and one thing led to another. My husband decided to cut out a small piece of the drywall and sure enough, there was a lot of damage and mud tubes everywhere. I don't know how this other company completely missed this but I'm glad I listened to my friend and got the second opinion from Joel. We hired him on the spot and he did a full treatment 2 days later. Also, when he inspected the attic he found absolutely no signs of drywood termite. We basically wasted our money and time on a tent... Joel did a trench, drilled everything including walls on the outside and walls on the inside and we opted to add termite stations around the outside as well. When we bought a new home, we contacted Troy to do the pest control and he let us know he does lawn treatment (e.g., fertilize) as well.
