Moath was referred to me so I messaged him when my parents needed their electrical panel replaced, and 2 new heaters installed. Moath is straight forward, no bullshit, no big company sales-tactics. My parents had received a quote from a well-known company but after I reviewed their 3 quotes (all of which were pages long) for a panel replacement, I saw the sales tactics straight away. Moath will not attempt to sell you on things you do not need and will not try to confuse you with multiple unnecessary options or pass you around to multiple points of contact. He will know what you need and provide an honest quote. After delivering the quote, he will allow you to make your own decision without constantly texting, emailing or calling for an answer. That is one of the qualities I appreciate as a customer. Upon his arrival he got to work right away. His work is meticulous. His wiring organization is superb, his cuts into the wall were clean & asked us for input on how we would like to run new wires. He answered any questions we had. He is professional, respectful, polite, prompt, trustworthy & efficient. I will also leave this note for you all to read as well because the person who referred me to Moath prefers not to leave online reviews: Moath was called to solve an electrical issue when a big company was not able to figure out. This company charged us $300 for the visit (mind you, they didn't fix anything). When Moath arrived he knew what the issue was within minutes, fixed it immediately and the city inspector said his work was one of the best he had seen. I'm currently waiting for the city inspector to do their due diligence at my parent's house but I'm confident there will be no issues. Thanks again Moath! We will keep passing your name around!

He took the time to listen to what I was seeing instead of jumping to conclusions. Then he went through the outlets one by one and did a pretty thorough check. What stood out was how quickly he was able to find the actual problem--it didn't feel like guesswork. After fixing it, he tested everything again to make sure all the outlets were working properly. That extra step mattered to me because it showed he wasn't just trying to do a quick fix and leave. He also gave some practical advice on a few devices in the house that weren't really useful and what could replace them. I asked him about EV charging, and he walked me through different options, including cost and tradeoffs, in a way that was easy to understand. Overall, he knows what he's doing, communicates well, and seems honest. I'd call him again.

They have now no showed twice in a row, without so much as a phone call. The first time our window was between 2-4 so I stayed home from work to accommodate. At 4:30 we called them and they said the technician called out sick and they've rescheduled us. They never contacted us to let us know. They also require you to be home when they come to visit, yet didn't contact us to tell us when the reschedule was. We found out when we called looking for our technician. Rescheduled appointment finally comes my husband confirms it the day before since we hadn't heard from them, and we get a 730-930 window. I again stay home from work to accommodate, and lo and behold no call no show. My husband contacted them again and got an auto response that our appointment was the following week. He requested a callback which they didn't do. The next day they texted him and said they had an emergency and rescheduled us. Again, never contacted us, no coordination on date and time. We love our Generac, but I do not recommend this company.

We were very happy with their work on our project and will definitely use them again in the future. I appreciated that they were upfront about their pricing and stayed within budget overall. We think it was a very good value for the amount of work we had done. Matt in their office was very responsive and super helpful throughout the process. The lead tech on the project, Grant, was very knowledgable, thorough and answered all sorts of questions I had. Ben and True did great work as well and it was a pleasure to have the whole team in our house. I really appreciated how kind the whole Mirsky team was to my family and how focused they were on getting the job done right.

The tech they sent spent an hour looking around, trying to find the problem. He said he couldn't solve it but we still got charged $411. He said he would have to send someone else. Any estimate for the job? No - he couldn't even make an estimate. When I called Adam, he said they would send a more experienced tech. Why not send someone qualified the first time? What about the charge for showing up and not doing anything? "That's our normal fee?" So, will we be charged for a new estimate? "It's still $250 to show up." Really? I told him we didn't want them anymore and we would like at least a partial refund. He agreed to a refund of $125, but the refund didn't come. I called again and he said they had a miscommunication. Now it would be sent. Still no refund ... We found a new person, a handyman - he said it was challenging, but he found the broken connection and he only charged us $250. Mirsky? Never again ...

The bulk of the install process was great and professional. The project hit a snag at the very end when I noticed that the second EV plug was 120 instead of 240. I was told that the panel that was selected wouldn't work with a second EV plug or with the the heat pump devices that were going to come next. That was a shock! I had wondered about this before we started the project. I asked if a higher-amperage panel was required. I was told "that's a big deal and will cost you $20k." There was never a statement that the panel we were going with wasn't going to cover the stated project goals. After the project, I called PSE to get a better understanding of the service they offer to my home. They told me I had been given bad advice and that they could deliver whatever amperage I needed without trouble. The new panel that was installed was 125 amp. PSE told me that they guarantee 200 amps to the home, per WA law. They also said that I ALREADY had 200 amp to my home, so clearly no requirement to pay $20k to get it. I reached back out to Linder with the new information. I proposed installing a higher amperage panel and that I'd pay the bulk of the cost but wanted some discount because I didn't feel like this poor outcome was entirely my fault. They told me that they "don't do work for free", even though I wasn't asking for that. They told me go to talk to Bel-Red Electric if I wanted the issue fixed. That was another shock. I thought that the relationship had gone pretty smoothly up until that point. I guess they had booked a good profit on my project and didn't want to give that up. In any case, I think it is good advice to go talk to Bel-Red electric. I will go do that and explain that I need help in right-sizing my new panel for my project goals. In summary, I have no reason to question the quality of the work at Linder. The install looked super clean and was done quickly. A friend had recommended Linder. He is super handy and would have never got into this problem. He would have calculated his amperage requirements before even calling an electrical company. I don't know much about electrical and was expecting guidance from Linder on how to proceed per my stated project goals. In fact, I asked them about this later. They told me that I negotiated too hard on price and so a 125 amp panel was the only option at that price. That's a really strange way to do business. The panel upgrade cost $7k. Is that a lot for a 125 amp panel? So, if you need help navigating your project and are not too familiar with electrical, you might look elsewhere or end up with the same outcome as I did. I'm just a regular home owner like a lot of people.

Matt came out and investigated, and he and I discovered a number of wiring issues where previous work in this old house had not been done correctly. He corrected it all, including running new lines from the breaker box, through the garage, through the crawlspace, into the lower floor, and up into the upper floor. He was careful, thorough, and focused on making sure everything was done correctly and well. He had to make a few holes in walls and ceilings, but he thought ahead to minimize the work of the handyman who would follow and fix everything. Plus, Matt is just a very nice guy. When it was done, the city inspector came out to give permits, and he was very impressed with the quality of Matt's work. That was very encouraging to hear! I will continue to use Linder for any electrical work that may come up in the future.
