Customer service was terrible only had one lady at the register and I seen about 5 employees just standing around. When I mention that someone should come help no one respond then the "security " had the nerve to ask me to see my receipt after he clearly seen me pay for my items after standing in the line way to long for it to only had been one person I front of me. She was retuning or exchanging something so help would of been nice seeing that it was 5 works just stand around taking.. I got what I came for I was satisfied with that. I know I can always count on going there for small odds and ends and know they will have it or something like it. So I go there for that reason and the prices and great. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! I REPEAT!! There should be no rating involved in this store!! Thought they would have changed, but it's gotten worse. I recommend every single sole that wants to shop at a Forman Mills store to SHOP at the Glenolden store 40 minutes up the road. It's worth the drive, effort, and satisfaction compared to this Wilmington store. The staff members are extremely rude, inconsiderate, and offensive. They don't wear masks either and congregate in front of the store to goof off. I'm talking about 8-9 staff members that do this and don't do their job accordingly. They don't clean the restrooms that 1. The door handles are sticky 2. The floors are awful and have stuck on fecal matter 3. No soap in the sinks(sinks are dirty as well) and 4. Smells heavily of urine. This is a major health and safety concern as well, especially with the COVID crisis occurring currently. In addition, They make fun of patrons and one in particular(light skinned male, tall, dread headed, freckled faced) crossed the line and made fun of my cousin of special needs about his shirt and his behavior. Ok let's get really honest here. If you are looking for clothes for children that wear suits that they can wear and look nice for a special occasion this is your spot. I get my sons Easter suits here and he always get compliments. The women's sizes are hit and miss. The children shoes actually hold up. The prices are sometimes good but sometimes for things likE Jerseys the can be on the averaged price side. They say that they are authentic but they don't stand up to the other authentic Jerseys I buy. All in all if you search for it you can find a good deal but be aware that they are among only ok deals and prices that are no deal at all. The staff is often rude and not available except for the older woman in the clothing try on area. She is very personable. The store is pretty much in shambles most of the time. Clothes everywhere! I won't see myself shopping here for anything. This place has better selections for mens wear than women's wear. The clothes look like someone just poorly sewn then together and threw them on a rack. The children section are large but the clothing selection are limited to only one type of clothing. I really cant see my child wear street hood clothing for rappers or bangers. Great place for big n tall sized underwear and socks at a huge discount. Also good deals on knockoff clothes (spoiler) they dont sell name brand clothes. They may look like the real thing, they may even say Nike,FUBU Roca wear but in reality there either knockoffs or rejects from the actual clothing line due to poor stitching but for someone of low income and wants to dress nice for easter or fashionable for a date out or even just to chill out w your peeps this is the place to get alot for not alot. That being said dont beleive there email sales alerts. They sent me one a week before Black friday about Official NFL Jerseys for just $5.00 . So when I walked in the door (was actully the first person in the door the manager told me they werent $5.00 but actually $25.00 each. Still not bad for a knockoff but c'mon if your gonna advertise a sale for special pricing than when someone actually wants to buy it on sale day you should get it at the sale price.
