Trevor and Jim are life savers. I had a knee dislocation it was my first time experiencing it so, I was very nervous spending hours googling the recovery process.I was missing out on my day to day activities getting around. I was searching online for a physical therapist and read many reviews but this place stood out the most and wasn't too long of a commute. I waited 3weeks before I came in due to me being unsure if id be able to heal in 3 weeks wearing an immobilizer. Once I did come to Form and Function I've gained a substantial increase in mobility. I came in on crutches and a immobilizer afraid of my knee. I am now able to walk on my own. If it weren't for me taking the step to go in I would have had a longer recovery process. This team really takes the time to get to the root cause and really cares about the clients they have. I've been having knee problems for a few weeks. Icing, stretching, rest, nothing seemed to really help so I decided to try F and F. After the initial assessment, it's amazing how much better my knee felt. I also purchased the quadrastep orthotics, I have the superfeet orthotics and just after a couple days I can tell the quadrastep are far superior. I've only been wearing them a few hours a day, to break them in, but I love how comfortable they are. They're hardly noticeable when I walk. They're also very convenient and easy to use, since they aren't full length I can easily switch them with whichever shoes I'm wearing. No worrying if they're going to fit, be too long, too wide, etc. I had my first, full session/appointment this week. I'm not 100% yet, but I'm better than I have been the last few weeks. I'm confident that I'll be back to normal in time for my marathon. The stretches/exercises that they showed me to do between visits are helping already and after a few more visits, things should be back on track! read more

I seriously recommend Trevor and Staff to any injured person or someone just wanting to improve mobility. After I was rear ended I needed immediate relief before my insurance kicked in. Form and Function came to my rescue. I couldn't turn my neck without a shocking pain and was starting to get spasms all down my neck and back. They took me the next day and worked on my neck and it was way better right after. The next time I went back I got work on my lower back and now that pain is much better also. But the most amazing thing is that all these years I thought I had lower abdominal pain all the time from womanly issues. After getting my super tight hip flexor worked on and feeling the same pain, Trevor explained to me how the root of my pain could be from tight hip flexor. For years doctors kept giving me different meds. Trevor worked on it until the tightness relaxed and whoa instant relief and even strength! I started going to Form and Function the first week of March for horrible shin splints. As a runner I was devastated that I couldn't run due to such horrible pain. Trevor is the best PT....hands down! The entire staff at Form and Function are outstanding. I was in an auto accident this year with significantly more soft tissue injuries than previous rear end accidents (maybe because I'm older lol)! I found Trevor and saw immediate improvement after the FIRST session. When I went in, it hurt my back, neck and rib area to even walk and I'm an avid walker (4-7miles/day). I was unable to carry even a light bag or move my arms without pain. I was unable to do any computer work or other tasks due to shooting pain in my hands. Mobility in my torso, neck, arms, and even hands was greatly reduced. After Trevor's comprehensive and personalized treatment plan I now have my daily activities back (I'm a care giver), I've regained most of my mobility and although we've done some light strength training in treatment, I'm now even ready to get back in the gym! Finally, please know Ive been through Physical therapy a number of times with good PT's. This is by far my best experience and quickest recovery! Down in Ontario on a business trip. Called around 10 am Monday morning hoping to get some help with a pulled calf muscle. They were able to get me in at noon same day. Spent about an hour with Trevor and have honestly felt better than I have in the past 2.5 weeks. Extremely knowledgeable and very thorough, Trevor spent a ton of time listening to what my concerns were and having me try a number of different stretches and exercises to get me up and running (no pun intended) again. We have found the best Sports Physical Therapy for my athlete boys. Their sport is baseball and like all sports it requires lots of practice and training everyday. When my son got hurt with his hamstring form and Function knew what muscle he pulled and help him recover before his next big tournament. Their laser treatments is what helps my son recover faster. What a blessing Trevor was at Form and Function. First off he was very helpful over the phone and answered all my questions. On my initial appointment he quickly diagnosed my issues and recommended a treatment plan. Because I waited so long to get the help I needed after my injury it was recommended that I do 6 sessions of cold laser therapy. I had tendinitis in my groin area and adductor muscles. After just the first two sessions my pain was eliminated by about 85%. I can't tell you how incredible I felt. It was amazing!! Over the next four sessions my pain was completely eliminated. I never had a problem getting an appointment that worked for my schedule. And I never had to wait once I showed up. To make it even more enjoyable Trevor and his assistant were always welcoming and excited as I got better. I would highly recommend Form and Function to anyone needing PT. read more

Trevor is great PT, he has helped me big time. I came to him with a very painful frozen shoulder. From the first day of treatment my arm was getting back some movement. Within 2 weeks, once a week PT and home exercises there was a great improvement from the very first day when I could not even move it. Yesterday was my 6 and last session and I'm 90 percent back to normal, barely any pain. Still have to do my exercises but I'm so thankful I found Trevor at Form and Function in Rancho. I orginally started going to Form and Function for my daughter last year to help her recover from a knee injury that had kept her out of soccer for over a year. Trevor and the gals did a great job getting her back in shape and ready to compete again. They did such a good job with my daughter that I decided to have my cronic tenis elbow that had been painful for years worked on. With Trevor's help I no longer wear the elbow band and am able to once again do activitites that I thought I wouldn't ever be able to do again. Also, since returning to soccer I've taken my daughter back to Trevor for any injuries or strains she's picked up or any pains that have kept me from surfing and Trevor always takes great care of us.
