Patrons purchase tickets and are given a schedule of when the bus departs from the meeting point and of the sights the bus stops at. The Things elected to sit on the top deck in the baking hot sun (not recommended on a TX summer day). The tour is what you make it. You can craft your own route as the bus routes are designed to take you near the main landmarks in the city. By taking the hop on, hop off option, you can change routes and discover the city at leisure. The bus stops are multiple locations along the route, and the bus driver provides fun facts about the places along the bus route. While I didn't learn anything new about my city, The Things did. This is a great option for those looking to do something different in their own city or for those who are visiting S.A. for the first time.
