That person sitting alone could be the one planning to leave a $100 tip, but you'll never know if you don't provide them with the same level of service as everyone else. During my visit, my menu was extremely sticky, and the bar area needed attention. As a paying customer, I shouldn't have to wipe down my own menu or clean the area where I'm sitting.
