ADVANCED APPLIANCE & AIR REPAIR I cannot recommend Advanced…read moreAppliance and Air Repair highly enough. As a homeowner and the owner of a rental property, I have had more than a few instances where I had to call in help to fix an appliance. I have used this company over the years to repair a dishwasher, dryer, fridge, and oven. I have always found them to be responsive to requests for help, prompt in providing service, knowledgeable about the appliance they were asked to repair, and willing to explain what the issues were. They showed up exactly when they said they would and (upon request) called ahead to let me know they were on their way. I am currently using a home warranty program. Recently I had a problem with my dishwasher and the home warranty program sent out a technician from a different repair company. They did arrive promptly but kept changing the diagnosis and said they could not repair the dishwasher because the part was no longer available. I insisted on a second opinion with the home warranty program and specifically requested they send Advanced Appliance. Advanced Appliance were able to diagnose the problem and fix my dishwasher. Thank goodness the home warranty program utilized the services of Advanced Appliance and Air Repair. I now know I need to request them up front any time I have any issues with any of my appliances.

They could have come the next day but I couldn't get out of my work commitment. It was easy to schedule the appointment and I was given a two hour time frame of when to expect the crew. They even called 15 minutes or so before they arrived. Once they got here I showed them the water pressure regulator with the small drip and they knew just what to do. My builder did the plumbing line wrong which this company discovered by doing a test first so knew that they had to do this work differently. Service was professional and friendly and they even cleaned up some water that dripped. The price was much lower than I expected as well. Wake Forest Plumbing will be the first place I call when I need plumbing work in the future.

They didn't give free quotes but if you use them then the inspection fee becomes part of the final price ( at least that's how it was 2 years ago ). They were professional reasonable and they did a great job. I thought they were going to be my plumbing company for life!!!. I was wrong. About a month ago I had a big issue with my water heater so I called them for 3 days in a row and I left messages that they never returned. I had to use someone else. This week I had another issue so I decided to give them another chance. I've been trying to contact them for 2 days with no success, they are still no calling me back. So my advice is: call them and if they don't answer just move on.

I am extremely happy with the level of communication provided by the technician as well as how he educated me about my unit and its issues. Though it took a while to resolve, this was not any fault of the technician, just a result of the approvals that service providers must obtain when performing work thru home warranty services. Resolution of this claim did not require me to pay anything outside of the service call fee mandated by my warranty company. My claim was fully resolved today and I am very grateful to the technician for compassion and empathy displayed as he worked to prioritize my repair during the period of cold weather. I plan to use this company to perform regular maintenance on my HVAC system, outside of warranty claims, to keep my system in top shape and to prevent future functionality issues. Thanks again for restoring heat to my household!
