It can honestly be pretty hard to find a really good Thai massage around LA, but my recent massage with Emily was sooo good. Easily the best massage I've had in a while. Not going to lie, I enjoyed it way more than some of the more boutique massage spots I've been to, like The NOW, where sometimes it feels like they're just going through the motions. Emily really took her time and the massage actually felt thorough. I think this is going to be my go-to spot from now on. Definitely recommend! read more

I am a tough critic when it comes to a good quality, relaxing, yet therapeutic massage. I tried Forever Thai massage this morning, and Penny was my masseuse. The raving reviews left me with high expectations going in. These were not only met but were exceeded. For the price of a one hour Thai combination deep tissue massage, this place simply cannot be beat. Penny is not a large woman, in any sense of the word, but her strength is legendary and she was able to get into all my known, and some unknown, knots. I left my massage, feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and to be quite honest, lie on my feet. There is ample free parking available, and I especially love the separated private rooms for some added peace. If you like massages where they go in and breakdown your knots, I give this place five out of five stars. read more

In reaction to the negative review I left, I have been contacted by people from Forever Thai, both the Massage Therapist and the owner. I genuinely appreciated that they wanted to apologize, and wanted to try to smooth things over. What I didn't appreciate was being hounded via text and phone calls all day, asking me to take down my review, in exchange for 50% off of a future massage. I look to Yelp for honest reviews, and so I will not take down my review. I will, however, reiterate that the MASSAGES HERE ARE GOOD. The customer service was not. read more

I booked a 90 minute couples massage and only ended up getting a 45 minute massage. We booked our appointment at 8 PM and finished at 8:45 PM. Then they tried to charge us for 60 minutes, which we paid in full for ($110 each) and added a $25 tip. They were upset that we didn't pay them $20 tip each. It is unfair to get upset at patrons for how much they tip, especially when you don't give them the full 60 minute massage. Will not be back. Super disappointed. read more

This Thai massage place for the win! This place is cute, clean, and best of all, it has a parking lot. Worst part of a massage in LA is treking to your car on a busy street, after feeling relaxed. This place, I was able to park right outside. The rooms and decor are really cute and Patty was so strong! Don't let her tiny size fool you. If you haven't had a Thai massage before it's similar to assisted yoga...there's lots of stretching involved and the massage therapist uses their body to assist with all the stretching. It feels amazing! Make sure to communicate your pressure preference and anything else you need (trouble spots). However, I didn't have to tell Patty one thing. Her pressure and technique were on point. I feel great! HIGHLY recommended! Protip: Wear loose comfy clothing and cash for tip! read more

Amazing massage! I made a same day appointment and was so impressed. I've been so numerous massage places in West LA, and this is definitely one of the best. It's pretty bare bones inside, which I don't mind. Don't let the sparse decor sway you. The massage is as good as or better than a fancy spa. The masseuse really focused on my knotted parts and changed pressure depending on how my body responded. Great experience! read more

PROSTITUTION & UNPROFESSIONAL OWNER SWUNG AT ME…read more My first visit should have been my last. I paid cash for a 60-minute massage, and the masseuse kept touching and jiggling my butt and making comments about it. I came in for lower back pain and clearly told her to focus there. At the time, I brushed it off as harmless appreciation, but it clearly wasn't appropriate. I came back on 3/13 for a 90-minute massage and asked the masseuse for hot stones, same as my first massage. She left the room and never came back. I was left sitting there so long that I fell asleep. To my surprise, I was abruptly woken up by multiple staff members yelling at me because they were locking up, mocking me as I'm getting dressed, after they had forgotten about me. Completely unacceptable. I addressed my confusion at checkout, and they apologized, said they forgot because they were rushing, and told me to come back and they would take care of me I returned 3/15 with my partner. The owner immediately grabbed my hand and apologized, which made it seem like they were trying to fix things. But toward the end of my partner's massage, the masseuse asked him if he wanted a sexual act. This was after they saw us walk in together and paired with my experience just two days ago. At that point, it was beyond disturbing. I was then told to come back on Wednesday, March 18 for a refund. I drove all the way back out to Santa Monica, only for the owner to refuse it. The situation escalated, and he became aggressive and tried to swing at me, which I have on video. I had to call the police, and there is now an active investigation. This place is chaotic, unprofessional, and honestly feels unsafe. I gave them multiple chances and every single time it got worse. Do yourself a favor and stay far away.

And judging by previous reviews, even customers who called ahead still didn't get the therapist they requested. At that point, the problem isn't "communication," it's management. Does it really cost that much to fix a broken booking system? Also, if Trung (who appeared old enough to be retired) is being assigned physically demanding reflexology sessions because it's cheaper or more convenient for the business, that's not a great look either. If this is an ongoing issue, it honestly makes booking here feel unreliable no matter how good your therapists are. ------------------------- Previous review: Why have an online booking system that lets clients choose a provider if the assigned therapist isn't actually guaranteed? I specifically booked a one-hour foot reflexology session with Jackson, but was assigned to Trung instead upon arrival. Trung was kind, but he appeared much older and didn't have the strength I was expecting for a reflexology session, so the experience wasn't what I booked for. I still tipped because I felt bad that he was working at his age. When I brought up the provider mismatch to the receptionist afterward, I was told that even if a specific name is assigned during online booking, the actual therapist is not guaranteed. That policy should really be made clear upfront before customers book.

We had a very disappointing experience at this spa. My wife and I went for a couples massage, and unfortunately, it wasn't the relaxing experience we were hoping for peaceful relaxing massage. The massage therapist who massaging me kept repeatedly saying, "Oh, you're so strong and muscular," and commenting on my tattoos over and over, which felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. It became very distracting and took away from the experience. The environment was also not ideal. There was a lot of noise, and it wasn't the peaceful, calming atmosphere you'd expect during a massage. It felt far from professional, and we were both really disappointed with the entire experience. The worst part is that the next day, I felt sore and in more pain than before the massage, which definitely wasn't the relaxing, soothing experience I was hoping for. I really wish they would have kept the focus on the massage and maintained a more professional atmosphere. Would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a true, relaxing massage. El read more

The massages were always top tier and we always tipped well until we noticed a change in quality of service. Somewhere along the line we started experiencing lackluster service or massages that were not what we asked for; a typical Swedish massage always did the trick but we recognized that we would receive Thai or combo instead so we stopped coming. On a whim we tried back and were provided BeBe and I genuinely forgot the name of my own masseuse but they had a short haircut and gave me an absolutely terrible experience. The massage moves were inconsistent, they kneaded too deeply into areas even after noticing the physical discomfort, they left me cold and uncovered while they went out to grab the towel to clean the oil and even after noticing me cover up when they returned, removed the sheet yet again. They were not in sync with my partner's masseuse BeBe (who I am told also did not perform a thorough or qualified service; slinging body parts about and forcefully pressing down on his legs instead of using a light touch) and ended abruptly despite not completing the full massage. We have had a few negative experiences but this was by far the WORST. We absolutely did not tip and did so without remorse as payment felt like too much for the actual service provided. I mean no disrespect to the woman at the front desk but if the masseuse cannot handle the job, they should not be doing it.

My therapist was a young guy who was trying hard, but didn't seem too experienced. I verbalized to him several times what I did and didn't want and he just seemed to give a nervous laugh. I also indicated in the initial assessment paper that I have a shoulder injury, but apparently he hasn't even looked at it and went straight for pulling my shoulder. So what was the point of my filling out the body assessment sheet? Overall, I firmly disliked the massage technique. I specifically paid extra for deep tissues, but he only focused on trigger points which was more aggravating than anything else. After a while, I gave up giving him instructions when I saw that he was unable to give me what I wanted. I was so happy when the massage ended finally. I came outside and told the man at the front desk about my experience. He simply stared at me and said "ok" and then proceeded to ask me how much I wanted to leave for a tip. Horrible business practice. So no, won't be going back. There are tons of other places across town that are 20 to 30% less expensive and will give you a far more enjoyable experience.
