From the start, communication was seamless. Sydney was always responsive and helpful on every email and call. I also loved that they offered so many services in one place, including rehearsal coordination, day-of coordination, cake, MC services for cocktail hour, and DJ for the reception. On the wedding day, Sydney and Chloe truly went above and beyond. They made sure both my husband and I were completely taken care of -- even personally bringing us food and making sure we actually had time to eat, while keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. I can not even express how amazing Forever I Do was from start to finish!! They were clear and always so positive in their communication and had everything down to a science! They really go above and beyond!!! On day of, they made everything go so easily, smoothly, and literally perfectly!! They worked seamlessly with the Henderson Beach Resort. We got married on June 4th and hired, Forever I Do Weddings, to help us with our destination beach wedding near Seaside, FL. From start to finish Stacy Green and her team were professional, informative, nice as can be and answered all my emails and phone calls promptly. They made us feel like we were their only clients. Sydney, who was our planner on site the day of our wedding, was in constant contact with me, (only because that's what I wanted) and had everything under control so we didn't have to worry about anything except for enjoying our special day. Sydney over saw the set up at the beach, placed my flowers on the arch herself so they would look exactly how we wanted them and went out her way to make sure our day was perfect! Sydney was cool, calm and collected even though a brief shower came just before the wedding, which actually was a blessing because it drove the beach goers off the beach, so we could have it all to ourselves. Planning a destination wedding can sometimes seem scary since you can not be there in person, but this wedding crew made it seem easy-breezy and were excellent with communication via email, text and phone calls. Shelley (my hair stylist) did amazing job at not just replicating but elevating the inspiration photo I chose for my hairdo! Aisha... GIRL...!!! She was my day of coordinator and honestly an angel sent from above. She made sure everything ran as smooth as butter and took charge in all the right ways. Stacey and Forever I Do Weddings did a FANTASTIC job! We live in Kentucky and wanted to get married on our vacation to Ft Walton, 8 weeks out! Called got ahold of stacey, she asked a handful of specific questions, emailed us a questionnaire which we filled out and returned, to have stacey tell us our wedding was going to be no issue! We hashed out what we wanted thru email and went thru the specifics in phone calls. Not one time was stacey ever not available for us. Once we arrived in FL we checked into the courthouse retrieved our marriage license, then checked in with stacey to finalize the details. Never before have I been so eager and excited to write a review than I was this one. Caitlin and I reached out to Forever I Do Weddings looking not only for a day of coordinator for our wedding but also wanted help securing venders for our big day. From the first moment that we spoke with Annette, we knew she was for us - from point one she focused on us and making sure we had the wedding of our dreams. The week prior to our wedding we really began witnessing the true value of using a day of wedding planner. Annette sent us over a survey that captured our plans for wedding & reception. Upon reviewing the plans she immediately and respectfully responded with suggestions based on her years of experience. Annette by no means required us to change, she wanted us to have WHATEVER we wanted. We chose to listen to her advice and feedback, in hindsight we were soooo glad we did. After all details of wedding and reception were arranged, Annette finalized an extremely detailed timeline for wedding day. As the day progressed I was surprised how perfectly things remained on scheduled and flowed. Annette was a master of secretly - without being noticed, taking care of EVERY small detail of the wedding. Things were running so smoothly that Caitlin and I kept waiting for something to go wrong, but it didn't and Annette was a huge part of that. There were a couple of incidents that we were concerned about and Annette immediately comforted us and directly tackled the problem, I will share one story. We were having an outdoor wedding, on rehearsal night a group of vacationing young adults were partying on the balcony near our wedding venue. We couldn't hear anything at the rehearsal and obscenities were being yelled at us the entire night. Of course, this made the two of us extremely uneasy. I will never forget, Annette pulled both of us to the side and said, "Look at me, I promise you I will have this taken care of by tomorrow, you two do not worry about it." The way she communicated to us, we both felt at peace. Next day.. Problem solved, Annette talked with resort, not only was the partying ended, but they sent 5 security guards to surround our wedding should any issue arise... Needless to say, nothing happened -- Annette had directly attacked the problem as promised. In closing, I was at first a major skeptic on hiring a day of coordinator. Weddings are expensive and I simply thought it was an unnecessary expense at first... I'll admit that I was not only off, but WAY wrong. Hiring Annette was the single best expense we made for the wedding. If you hire her, you will understand what I mean by this. Thank you Annette and Forever I Do Weddings for making our day perfect. I cannot say enough great things about this company. We, the parents of the groom along with the bride, planned our son's wedding in Miramar Beach in June. We live in Dallas and the bride and groom in Scottsdale, Arizona. We had picked all our vendors and venue when two weeks before the wedding, my daughter said, "Mom, you need to get a wedding coordinator. There is no way you will enjoy this wedding if you do not get someone." I agreed sent out requests online and heard back quickly from Stacy from Forever I do. The staff is very easy to work with. We live across the country so that added a lot of pressure and stress to the planning process; however, Forever I Do made it very simple and they were willing to accommodate to our wants and needs. They were even able and willing to make last minute additions to our beach ceremony. Stacy recommended Henderson Beach State Park and it was a terrific venue for our ceremony! Just had my wedding yesterday. This company went above and beyond accommodating for unforeseen circumstances. Hurricane Nate hit yesterday and the weather is terrible here. My wedding was supposed to be at 530 pm which was right when things were supposed to get bad. The company worked everything out with my vendors and changed the time to 9 am just so I could still have my beach wedding. Then another thing happened, my wedding was supposed to be at Henderson Beach State Park, but the government closed down all the state parks due to the impending hurricane. Before I was even given this bad news, Stacy and Annette were on top of this and changed the location and fixed everything with my vendors. While my beach wedding was not at the time or place that I had imagined, they went the extra mile to ensure it still happened. Amazing people. read more

I was so excited to plan the day I had been waiting for my entire life and I was excited when I found Forever I Do weddings. At first all my emails were answered within a day or two and once I had decided to work through them, everything went downhill. It took sometimes a week for an email response about things, and living in Indiana, planning a wedding with someone you can't get in contact with is not easy. But the emails weren't even the problem. The real problems started the day of my wedding. The pastor I had them hire for me was incredibly rude. He complained to my husband before the ceremony that it was too hot and it was too far down the beach for old people to walk. I'm sorry but it's the middle of June in Florida and a beach wedding. Why on earth would you not expect that? And of all the people there to complain to, you complain to the groom? You are getting paid to do this 15 minute ceremony and you knew what you were getting yourself into. Secondly, during our vows I started crying a little. The pastor looks at me and says, "You're fine. Pull yourself together." Not exaggerating at all. I was infuriated and my husband was as well. These are my wedding vows, they are emotional, and if I want to cry the entire ceremony, I can. The next problem came when the wedding party and guests got to the boat for our sunset cruise that we had booked through Forever I Do weddings three months prior. We went to board the boat and they said the card the company had put on file was no longer valid. We had to call our wedding coordinator who took three times of calling to answer. She couldn't fix the situation because she wasn't in charge of this so she gave us the owner's number. We called and called and called. It took 30-45 minutes to get the issue fixed so we could get on the boat. To say I was less than happy with the company is an understatement. My mom got ahold of them the next day to try to get some money back because of all the issues we had and they blatantly ignored her calls after the first one for weeks. It was resolved eventually, but that was after threatening to get ahold of the BBB. Planning a wedding is stressful enough, I don't need the people I hired to help to make it more stressful. read more
