Unfortunately I was super disappointed with my order. Ordered a bouquet for my mom for Mothers Day and what was delivered is nothing like what I picked out. I selected what was described as "Bold & Bright Deluxe bouquet" and what was delivered was mostly green filler with 6 roses and another flower or two. I was aware that because it was a "Designers Choice", what was pictured online may not be available, so substitutions may be added- I was fine with that since it also said that the overall theme and style will be the same. Also decided to pay the up charge to make it the "Deluxe" to make up for any lack of color and even that didn't help. This is apparently an $86 bouquet before the delivery fees, services fees, taxes, etc., so in the end I paid $111 for a bouquet that looks like it's mainly made of grass/leaves. I ordered another less expensive bouquet from a different business that sent a gorgeous arrangement. I would not order from here again. Edit: They made this right by delivering another arrangement today that is much prettier. My mom is happy and said the flowers look & smell great. I appreciate them handling this appropriately and taking initiative to fix the issue. read more

Connect with Flowers has great customer service and had my order ready ready when asked. They also had great recommendations and helped me create a great bouquet for my wife. The staff is friendly and helpful. Prices were about average to slightly on the high side, but they were close by. Think it's worth it. read more

Was having a tough time trying to find a place that would deliver flowers on the Air Force Base for a client. Decided to take a chance on this local florist and spoke with Sherry who helped to make it happen! She said that all their delivery drivers are ex-military so they all have clearance to deliver on base. I gave her the budget and client's floral/gift preferences and she worked within those specifications to build the perfect gift. Thanks to Sherry and her team, my client was successfully able to have flowers delivered to welcome a new baby. read more

The place to go for beautiful arrangements with the perk of shopping local! Unfortunately I can't remember the gentleman's name who took my order but the customer service was exceptional! Experienced the same friendly service when I picked up the next day. I was pretty vague with my request, just wanted pink and told him how much I wanted to spend. They did not disappoint! They are absolutely beautiful and still just as fresh looking a week later. read more

Never a bad experience. Tell the ladies what I want and they do the rest. Been going to them for years!! Terri & crew are the best!!

My sister in law and my mother in law both sent two separate bouquet of flowers to my husband and I for Christmas, we received one bouquet Christmas Eve, but we never received the other. My mother in law after calling discovered they just assumed it was a double order or the same one order duplicated. They told her they would fix the problem and send us another bouquet. Since it was last minute they sent us a fruit and snack basket instead, we were fine with that but the only issue was that the grapes in the basket had mold on them. First off, why wouldn't they check who the sender was on the two separate orders before assuming that it was a duplicate? Second seeing as how they messed up once, why would they put grapes from god knows how long ago in there? read more

My wife received theses lovely hot pink roses from Connect With Flowers for Valentine's Day. 5 days later, they are absolutely amazing! Loveliest roses she has ever had. Cute shop, nice people and beautiful flowers. They also did an amazing job on my daughter's wedding a few years ago. Terre and the gang at Connect really go the extra mile to make their customers happy. It's nice to see a local business that provides great service and quality flowers at an affordable price. You won't find roses or arrangements like theirs in the grocery or big box stores. read more
