I requested a bouquet of all blue flowers with one purple flower. I requested the card to read, Welcome Baby X. My co-worker sent me a pic of the bouquet, within the hour - quick delivery which was commendable. Also commendable - the bouquet was beautiful. Not commendable - it wasn't what I ordered. Also, the owner took liberties and added a couple of lines to the card. When I called to complain about the order not being correct, I was made to feel that I was wrong in what I ordered. She said it wouldn't have looked right the way I ordered it. I told her, if that was the way she felt, she should have called me to suggest a change to give me the opportunity to go elsewhere. When I insisted that I wasn't happy about the order being changed, she actually asked, "What do you want me to do? Do you want me to go to her house and take the flowers out of the bouquet?" (Very unprofessional) She kept insisting that what I ordered would not look good. I couldn't seem to get it across that she shouldn't have changed my order without my consent and that I resented her taking liberties with the card. I told her I didn't want to pay for an order that was incorrect. I finally relented and agreed to accept a credit on half the order out of concern that she would actually go to my co-workers house and take the flowers out of the arrangement. I informed her that we would not use her service again due to the problems we encountered. Main problems: Changed my order without my consent Edited my card referencing her religious beliefs Poor customer service and unprofessionalism in resolving my concerns. I selected what was described as "Bold & Bright Deluxe bouquet" and what was delivered was mostly green filler with 6 roses and another flower or two. I was aware that because it was a "Designers Choice", what was pictured online may not be available, so substitutions may be added- I was fine with that since it also said that the overall theme and style will be the same. Also decided to pay the up charge to make it the "Deluxe" to make up for any lack of color and even that didn't help. This is apparently an $86 bouquet before the delivery fees, services fees, taxes, etc., so in the end I paid $111 for a bouquet that looks like it's mainly made of grass/leaves. I ordered another less expensive bouquet from a different business that sent a gorgeous arrangement. I would not order from here again. Edit: They made this right by delivering another arrangement today that is much prettier. My mom is happy and said the flowers look & smell great. I appreciate them handling this appropriately and taking initiative to fix the issue.

The recipient ended up having to go to the store to pick them up. Requested refund and was met with excuses. They wanted to remake and replace, which defeats the whole purpose of a surprise. They finally agreed to refund only after insisting they get the flowers back. They picked up the flowers and have yet to refund the $78 paid! We filed with our credit card company and if we do t get it back a police report will be filed next. Don't advertise one tho g and deliver another, especially when substituting with cheaper flowers! Do yourself a favor and just order from Publix and have instacart deliver. You actually get what you paid for and it gets deliver
