Floral arrangement ordered did not match what was delivered. Actually was not even delivered even though we paid for delivery. The recipient ended up having to go to the store to pick them up. Requested refund and was met with excuses. They wanted to remake and replace, which defeats the whole purpose of a surprise. They finally agreed to refund only after insisting they get the flowers back. They picked up the flowers and have yet to refund the $78 paid! We filed with our credit card company and if we do t get it back a police report will be filed next. Don't advertise one tho g and deliver another, especially when substituting with cheaper flowers! I ordered flowers for my Mother's 80 birthday and I was shocked at how horrible the arrangement was. I grew up in Crestview and it is shameful the product the florist created. This is the 2nd arrangement which does not look anything like the order. I have had pay a florist here in Harrisburg PA to overnight a new arrangement by fedex. As friendly florist refused to do a replacement . When I come home in May I will be by to tell them how awful they treat their customers. Never order from them . The level of professionalism of this office is by the far the worst experience I've had. My mother purchased a surprise bouquet for my birthday last week and the order was nothing close to what she purchased. I received a call from Susie on my birthday stating my mom ordered me flowers, the first mistake with it being a surprise she called the recipient. She then proceeds to tell me the variety of colors my mother ordered wasn't available and can she wait until Monday. I spoke to my mother and she stated "No, I paid extra fee for delivery on my daughter's birthday." Then Susie stated she only had yellow and red roses, my mom said ok, deliver those. The arrangement was thrown together and wasn't full at all like shown in the order photo. My mom called and spoke to Susie about the disaster of arrangement and Susie spoke over my mother and was very rude and disrespectful. Almost as if intimidating tone to discourage fixing the arrangement. My mother didn't give in so they agreed to fix the arrangement. Here we are a week later and the same rude person that agreed to fix it fussed and spoke over me as I was genuinely calling to follow up on the new bouquet that she stated she'd fixed. She proceeded to fuss and speak over me as I explained the reason for my call, she then hung up on me. Paid over $50 and was told the owner hand picked these succulents..I understand that I may not be getting the same flowers as pictured online but I really feel like this was just not worthy of being delivered. My daughter ordered a Mother's Day bouquet on-line. This is the florist that delivered the order. Two things went wrong here. First, the delivery driver opted to drive across my yard after he overshot the driveway entrance. I'm fairly particular about my yard, but the driver couldn't know that, of course. But why would anyone think that it would be okay to drive across someone's grass? Very disappointed as my husband ordered from the website the heart shaped roses (picture on left)for me for valentines and wanted them delivered after 2pm on valentines. Well they attempted delivery today 2/13/18 at 9am ‍. My daughter got home and seen the card they left so she went to he store to pick them up. When she got there she received (picture on right) not roses but carnations...what? The response from the lady was she can redo it but it will be more expensive and the roses would be small as they are $4.50 a piece. She argued that this was not what was ordered online and the lady went on saying the vase is $15, delivery fee was $10, labor to make the arrangement, the card to go with the flowers plus the flowers. I will never recommend them or use them again as she would not make it right and still charged the amount which showed online for a rose arrangement but I only got carnations in which everyone knows they are A LOT cheaper then roses! read more

On Wednesday, I went to the shop and placed an order for a corsage. I was told it was $25 for a corsage with white carnations or $30 for a corsage with white roses. I do not care for carnations and since the corsage was for a formal event, I chose the roses. Several spools of ribbon were brought out for me to choose from. I chose a very sparkly blue ribbon. On Saturday, I went to pick up my order. The lady brought out the corsage and it had carnations on it. I told her I ordered roses and she looked at me and said "no ma'am." I explained to her I had prepaid the $30 that I was told for the roses but she continued to tell me I had not ordered roses. Finally, I pointed to the invoice in her hand that stated "white roses" on it. She then took the corsage in the back room to have it fixed. Before she went into the back, I didn't even have time to tell her it was also not the ribbon I had chosen (even though the number of the ribbon I ordered was also written on the invoice). Not only was the appearance of the ribbon drastically different but the ribbon on the corsage was much more purple than the blue I had chosen. By the time she came back to let me know it would only be fifteen more minutes I just wanted to get out of there so I didn't bother mentioning the ribbon. I am very frustrated that none of my order was filled correctly. She did remake the corsage with roses (after arguing with me and having me wait). But, I cannot say that I am pleased with it still since it wasn't the ribbon I chose and the ribbon she put on it will clash with the color scheme of the event. read more

Ordered and paid for flowers for my wedding day weeks in advance. One request was "no carnations". The day of my wedding I stopped to pick up the flowers and they said they didn't have an order. Then, they looked at a clipboard and low and behold there was my order. The owner said, "you didn't pay for them" and I said "yes I did". An employee turned the sheet over and said "her order is paid". The owner then proceeded to tell me and my fiancé that the lady that took the order quit. I told her that's not my problem. I said the photographer will be at the church in 15 minutes and I need flowers. We have all the flowers on your order so we'll make them and bring them to the church. Long story short, the wedding was delayed 25 minutes, the photographer was to take pictures before the wedding, that was delayed AND our reception was delayed. The story gets better... these were the ugliest flowers I ever laid eyes on and the groom, groomsmen, and alter bouquet had carnations in them. My bridal bouquet and bridesmaid bouquets were not what I ordered... I was very upset and disappointed. So Monday I went back and demanded my money back. The sign that hangs in their shop "customer satisfaction is important to us. We will graciously address any concerns or complaints about our flowers..." that's a TOTAL LIE! The owner was rude. She told me that I should feel lucky that I had flowers at my wedding. I told her she ripped me off. The flowers were ugly and drab. I did not get what I ordered. I want ALL of my money back. She said you are not getting your money back, only half. Well folks, I am telling everyone I see about my experience and the way me and my husband were treated. read more
