From beginning to end, the entire team was professional, punctual, reliable, and extremely attentive to detail. The workmanship was impeccable, and my backyard came out absolutely beautiful! One of my biggest pet peeves when having work done at my home is cleanliness, and JIP Construction truly impressed me in that department. They cleaned up so thoroughly after completing the job that, aside from my gorgeous new pavers, you would have never known they had been there! I would highly recommend JIP Construction to anyone looking for quality masonry work. Professional, timely, clean, and exceptional work from start to finish. Definitely a 5-star experience!

His crew worked hard and were polite and cleaned up after a days work. I will be using them again when its time to seal the driveway in the future. His prices were better then all the quotes I recieved. A++++ Thank you for the great work. Will be seeing you again

His professionalism was lacking in its place was a defensive person that chose to attack me on the phone talking to me in a extremely disrespectful manner. This poor workmanship resulted in thousands of dollars to me. I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE NOT USING THIS COMPANY.

I called this company simply to get a free review of our window leaking situation. After filling…read moreout a form and adding some photographs and describing the situation someone called me back- I think he might've been the owner of the company. A brief conversation turned into him loudly talking over me and not allowing me to speak. I told him when the siding had been done and when the windows were done, he immediately started telling me the reason it was leaking was due to the contractor who did the siding- they were the cause of that even though the siding was done six years ago and it's only leaked twice starting about four weeks ago. Then he said it was because of the immigrants- they were doing all of the wrong work. I told him that this particular job was not done by immigrants. our regular Handyman and his son did all of it. He also was telling me I wasn't qualified to tell whether someone was properly licensed in NY or not because I just had someone else give an estimate who showed me their license who had wanted to take the window out and then put it back in with new protection etc. At some point I said are you going to tell me what you think about the window and he said I already did it's $800-$1200 without really explaining what they were going to do. I don't recall him saying that in this crazy conversation before perhaps he did and I couldn't remember because it was mostly him berating me. Anyway, I said that's too expensive and goodbye. I do not recommend this company based on this. It's too bad because they do seem to have a lot of good reviews and I was considering to ask them about the other leak with the roof as well that hasn't happened again for a year. After three strike outs with three different people now I am ready to just go to Home Depot and ask them to tell me how to fix this myself.

Doing my due diligence, I also contacted two other contractors for a quote. N & T provided the middle quote, which is was good sign. I never felt pressured to go in any specific direction, but also trusted their experience to open my mind to new possibilities in the garden. The folks who did the actual work were professional craftspeople. They arrived on time, worked through difficult (hot, wet) weather conditions, and solved the small issues that inevitably cropped up along the way. As if this weren't enough, the job was done on budget and on time -- in the middle of COVID, no less! I credit both the leadership and the guys who did the grunt work. I definitely plan to use N & T for my next renovation project.
