I found carpenter ants and rotting wood on the corner of my porch about two weeks ago. Nick and his two assistants came over and worked for two long days and really got in there and fixed everything which was very complicated because those ants had gotten to work and caused a lot of destruction. They not only repaired all the wood structures with excellent carpentry skills, but they also carefully placed beautiful new cedar shingles and then painted and matched the house color! I was very impressed and was able to watch them working and saw what they were up against and how well they handled the job with all its challenges. Nick was honest and fair in his pricing. A water manifold failed. My third-floor unit flooded from the HVAC closet. The HVAC system itself was ruined. The building's water had to be shut off -- impacting other residents and even retail below. It was one cascading mechanical failure after another. And yet -- from the first moment it happened -- I felt something unexpected: calm. Because they showed up. Ryaan immediately reached out, even though he wasn't on site, to tell me they were on it and they would not leave me until this was resolved. And they didn't.
