Forever Floral has been a staple in the Coon Rapids community for over 4 decades! My family has always used their services whether it be some sympathy flowers for a wake/funeral, flowers for my sister's wedding or some just cause flowers! They always have a wide selection and very friendly staff. I have fond memories as a child coming here for all the holidays to have a photo taken with the easter bunny or santa claus. I remember always being fascinated with all the lovely aromas of various flowers diaplayed about when I was young as well. I believe they also have some dances classes/clubs meet here regularly (ballroom and tango I think). Juat yesterday I stopped by to pick up a bouquet of snapdragons for my mother for Mother's Day (my mom's favorite flower). Although they didn't have the exact color of she likes (salmon), they had a good selection of some lovely colors. They were not the cheapest ($4/snapdragon) but it was worth it to make my mom's day! They were professional, incredibly helpful, we needed to make a last minute adjustment and they contacted the funeral home to make that possible while I was there to pick it up. I ordered flowers for Valentines a week in advance to be delivered in Andover, MN. I like to do as much work electronically than to speak with live voices in case they cannot understand me. In this case the order was to be delivered on Saturday before our arrival a bit later in the afternoon - there would be someone at the location to accept the order. It was finally a bit later in the evening on Saturday and the order of flowers were brought up and that no one had seen them and so I went to the front door thinking they were probably left there (had hoped not as if was quite cold and windy out all day), but there was nothing there either. So I knew the floral shop would not be open any more tonight but at least they would get my message Monday and be able to respond then (which was after the fact). I received a call from Forever Floral Sunday morning about 8:00-8:30 am calling to discuss the situation. I was first very surprised that they would be calling on a Sunday (but then again, it was Valentine's day and a florist's 1st or 2nd biggest day of the year. Jackie updated me as to what had happened in that the flowers were delivered buy no one was home and rather than leaving them out in the cold (as most other florists would have), they were taken back to the shop. When I checked with the housekeepers, they were expecting the delivery in the afternoon and the order was brought late morning so there was no one around. Jackie then stated that the order was on the delivery truck currently and that as soon as she could get ahold of them, she would have them stop over. This was actually out of her way to do considering it was our mistake that caused the flowers to go back. I would say that within fifteen minutes, the delivery person stopped in and dropped them off for my lady. When we got ready to leave for our home destination, my wife felt there would be no way that the flowers would survive the cold out to the car and then sitting in the car and the two and a half hour drive. She was conveniced to take them regardless the outcome so she could enjoy them a little longer. That was Sunday, February 14th and not only did the flowers do well with the trip, it was just this past Monday, 29th of February that she finally felt they were done living. That's fifteen days that the flowers stayed beautiful and full which was very impressive. Jackie and her business certainly didn't have to go above and beyond with their customer service, especially on the busiest day of the year. As I mentioned above, most other florists would have dropped the flowers off outside and that would have been it but Forever Floral took them back to protect them. Sent them back out the next day when they must of have had hundred's of deliveries to be concerned with but they were going to try another attempt at delivering them on a Sunday again. And when they arrived, they looked so nice and a full arrangement that everyone was very impressed. Now I might not have been thinking about it before this weekend but over the past couple of weeks I keep coming back to it and it will be so nice not to have even think about the florist that we will use in the future and I am sure that we will have a ton of orders over time as our children are recently married with no kids yet but there will be some many Anniversaries, Birthdays, Holidays, Births and a number of other events I'm sure I'm not even thinking of. If you need a florist from the northern cities area, I strongly suggest that you will be so pleased and not go wrong with placing your order with Forever Florist. They will take care of you. It will not cost you an arm and a leg and the arrangements that are delivered or you would pick up will be so very impressive. And if there are any adjustments to be made, Jackie and her staff have the right attitude of the correct customer service that you should never be disappointed. Forever floral - THANK YOU. read more

My sister turns 70 today! I want to send her flowers but don't like the mass market flower operations and always try to find a local florist to call. Sis is in Coon Rapids taking care of grand kids so Yelp! helped me locate a florist right in town. No reviews!! I rely on Yelp! to tell me where I should spend my money but they had no reviews. I had to venture out on my own into the Web wilderness and see if I could figure out if this operation was worthy. First clue - they have a very well-engineered website with excellent photographs that is easy to navigate. They make it easy to see three different versions of each bouquet and add balloons, stuffed animals or chocolates. That was encouraging but how do I judge the actual quality? They are a member of the Teleflora Network but since I don't know anything about the different flower networks I did a little digging on that too. YouTube delivered a very good San Francisco CBS 5 segment on the major flower networks and Teleflora came out on top https://youtu.be/UCFnq6ULK4U. I was ready to take the plunge and called Forever Floral. I spoke with Heidi who was friendly and helpful and gave me confidence that the bouquet pictured would have all the same flowers and look just perfect AND be delivered early that afternoon at the latest. I guess if you send lots of flowers to lots of people and just need to check the box SENT FLOWERS, you wouldn't go through all of this for one bouquet. But since it is so simple to deal with the actual vendor near your intended recipient I can't imagine doing it any other way. I'm going to tell my sister to review the bouquet after she gets it. I hope the second review of Forever Floral is as good as this one. read more

Jackie and her team did my wedding flowers in February 2019. I wanted a very specific champagne color orchid which was out of season to say the least in February in Minnesota! Jackie went above and beyond to source exactly what I wanted and color them just as perfectly as I envisioned. The orchids were so perfect, fresh and beautiful I literally was blown away. I ordered flowers off of proflowers.com, filled through Forever Floral. The arraignment was nothing like the flowers I ordered. They replaced the roses with carnations as if I wouldn't notice. When confronted they stated they didn't have the correct color of roses. I'm pretty sure carnations are way less expensive. They told me they couldn't lose money on the deal so they replaced quality type flowers with cheap crap. They were not helpful or even sorry that I was not satisfied. I will NEVER order flowers through them again. Horrible customer service. read more
