I was referred here for a couple of floral arrangements, and they did an outstanding job. The quality of the flowers was excellent, and both bouquets were absolutely stunning. The staff was personable, friendly, and made the whole experience easy. The arrangements were ready on arrival, beautifully wrapped, and carefully packaged. I was clear telling Steve 150.00 tops. He did not respond. Never at anytime did Steve say the price is 205.00. I waited for email billing nothing, NOTHING I waited for email o show bill. Spoke with him today and he was very unhelpful...had no excuse just kept saying well we had a nice chat on and on He actually hung up on me. Said he would refund the part that went over my request of 150.00. I was upset yesterday and teary eyed when ordering. I order flowers often here in CA and always the person taking order says the total will be....He could not admit he wronged a customer. Kind of disappointing for $59.99. This is the first time I've been on the receiving end of Main Floral. My mother sent me a Christmas arrangement, and she told them to make it "cheery with a lot of red". So I got this 18" Norfolk Pine in a black metal pot, hardly any red. I have to say, it looks like they phoned this one in and didn't put in much of an effort. I was disappointed. The flower arrangements I've had delivered in the past were always great. But this one was a dud. Normally, I'd hand out 2 stars for something like this. Omgosh wow!! This place is awesome! On my way north to a friends, I yelped for a flower shop and this was perfectly in route! I walked in with hopes that they have some flowers that are not the norm- cuz, well, I do not like average! The shop used to be a co-op for years- it's stunning as a huge floral shop! They had the average finds for flowers but plenty of choices for adding a not so cheap- common look for what I was going for. The staff?? Really awesome!! More than one gal was attentive in answering questions and the lovely darling red head that quickly volunteered to put a bouquet together for me was super patient while I voiced what I like and didn't like as well as made suggestions. I will definitely stop by here for flowers more often when I'm in the area! They will be opening a bistro as well- beginning of October 2018 it should be up and running! I called this florist for a large flower arrangement for my amazing sister's memorial service in Dayton, MN. I had seen positive reviews here on Yelp. They did not disappoint! It's hard to be happy at a time like this but this arrangement was perfect. He asked the right questions in order to fulfill and capture the right style for her and us. And he was pleasant to talk to. He really was empathetic & sympathetic. (We had another service for her in NC a few weeks earlier, unfortunately those arrangements by the florist were disappointing and I paid more in NC than this florist charged for this far more beautiful and perfect arrangement.). With very little notice I contacted Main Floral in hopes of having at least a decent bridal bouquet, a bouquet for my maid of honor, and something for the groom and best man. We could not get together in person to discuss what I wanted because of the emergency orders. So all I could do is email pictures of color schemes I liked and a picture of my dress to the florist. Honestly, I didn't expect much and was grateful that I could have ANY flowers. But Main Floral knocked it out of the park. My bridal bouquet was out of this world! I walked into Main Floral on Monday August 31st - early afternoon. I was in the area visiting an elderly friend and saw the floral shop so stopped in as I was interested in purchasing a bouquet of flowers. There was no employee in the front of the store and no one shopping in the store that I could see at the time which was a bit unusual as lunch time for most people. I found the cooler with flowers and was looking at the flowers when an employee from the back came up to the cooler, grabbed some flowers and then returned to the back room. She did not greet me or ask me if I needed help. There was another man who appeared to be working in the back of the store and he made no effort to come to the front of the store to see if I needed any help. It did not appear that Main Floral wanted my business so after a few minutes of looking at flowers I left the store...It is unbelievable to me in this day and age with so much internet floral business that a mortar/brick store does not make any effort to connect with customers...very sad and obviously I do not plan to return to the store given the lack of customer service and would not recommend it. read more

Overall, I had a good experience & I will use them again. However, the only bummer is- in the email confirmation, I noticed the card was written wrong & there were spelling errors. I emailed immediately, to correct. They were apologetic & quick to respond that they had made the corrections. Terrible, terrible, terrible. Please save yourself a headache and go elsewhere. Main Floral used to be my "go-to" place for anything flower related, so naturally, they were my first choice for my wedding bouquets and arrangements. I called and asked to schedule an appointment with them, and my mother, mother-in-law-to-be, fiance and myself showed up to our appointment 5 minutes early. When we arrived, the "florist" was helping an elderly couple with some red roses. Not a big deal at all, since we were early. So we sat down at the table in the front of the shop to wait. My fiance's mother noticed that there were funeral books on the table, so she took it upon herself to put them away and take out the wedding books (even though Main Floral knew we were coming in for our appt). So, a full 20 minutes later, the "florist" finally came over to us. Again, none of us were angry, as we understood. Once we started discussing what we were looking for, it was clear that the "florist" was very disinterested in our appointment and appeared to be unqualified, as she insisted that the flowers would be okay for us to pick up THE DAY BEFORE THE WEDDING, WITHOUT WATER OR REFRIGERATION. Because... who doesn't want wilted and dying flowers in their bridal bouquet?! After that, she tried to overcharge us for the mother's corsages, and was very rude when I mentioned that my work advertises that they offer a discount. We left the appointment feeling very defeated and like we were not important to Main Floral, AT ALL. Once I got home that evening, I sent them a very professional message on Facebook thanking them for their time, and notifying them that I will not be awarding them with my business, and I explained why. The manager sent me a "laughing" emoji reaction, and then instantly replied and was very nice in her message, and said that she would get back to me the next business day with more details. So the next day goes by, and I received nothing from her. I sent another message saying that I was just following up, and she sent a laughing GIF, and then again instantly replied and said her phone screen was sensitive and they were "very busy." So then today (a full four days after my appointment), I sent another message and let them know that I was very disappointed in their lack of customer service, and that I did not appreciate being put on the back burner. I was notified that she had opened and read my message, but she never replied. So I left a one-star Facebook review of the business. To my surprise, she called me about an hour after I left that review. She. Was. Pissed. She demanded that I take the review down, called me a liar, and when I told her I was not removing my review, she proceeded to try to guilt trip me by telling me that the (elderly... I'm talking 70+ years old) couple who they were helping had just lost their 6 day old child. And then she also decided to further guilt trip me by telling me that she had been in a "car collision" and received a "concussion," and that I do not have the intellectual capacity to understand her situation. Um... excuse me? So I told her that she was very rude, and unprofessional, and to not contact me again and I hung up on her. She proceeded to call me again, and I answered and said "I said do not call me," and I hung up again. Then she called back a THIRD TIME, and I let it go to voicemail, where she proceeded to leave me a three minute long voicemail in which she again tried to guilt trip me in removing the comment, called me "untruthful," and said some other nasty things. She then felt it was appropriate to follow it up with a Facebook message. It's such a shame because they do have beautiful arrangements. Anyway, please seriously consider before spending your hard earned money with a company like this. Hopefully next time they deal with a customer, they remember that word-of-mouth is a businesses best way to gain or lose business. It quite literally is business 101. read more

I called them one time to talk about wedding flowers and they wouldn't discuss anything with me over the phone. IMaybe they were busy, but they could have relayed that and asked to call me back? They also told me that I couldn't make an appointment to discuss my wedding flowers until after Valentine's day - which... really? You're so busy that you can't even sit and talk with me? PS. this was January of 2013. I live in Anoka and always try to support local businesses when I can, but when the business makes that hard, you just have to move on. I ended up calling Forever Floral in Coon Rapids and they spent more time with me on the phone than I wanted (I was on my 30 minute lunch break)... I ordered a corsage and boutonniere for a formal dance at my school. They were very helpful when I placed my order. Thought when I came to pick it up they only had the corsage made but not the boutonniere. They apologized and made it for me right there. That night after dinner I noticed that the corsage was already starting to fall apart. I was upset because I had spent good money for a nice corsage and it was already falling apart with in minutes. Not the best experience that I have received. I do not know if I would use them again. read more

What a fabulous florist! I called at the last minute today to send 2 arrangements to family members as we had a recent loss, and they were phenomenal. I'm in California and couldn't get their website to open, so we did everything over the phone. The customer service was great, the flowers arrived just a couple hours later, and as promised, the arrangements were beautiful. This place is the best. They are not too many out there these days that provide the customer service along with care that they do. They go out of the way. I have used them now for the past year as my mother is buried in Anoka and I live out of State. The owner of this place last winter as I wanted to place a arrangement for the holidays went out of his way and actually went to the cemetery and tried to find the headstone in 2 feet of snow.
