I ordered via Teleflora a funeral bouquet -standard. Heavenly Heights Bouquet. The website listed and showed a photo with at least 3 gladioli, 6 hot pink carnations, pink alstroemeria, pink asters and green huckleberry. The actual arrangement that showed up contained 1 gladioli and 6 red carnations with a few ferns. Dried out and not anything like the photo for this bouquet. This bouquet was not even worth half the price listed on the website. I complained to Teleflora and receive 21.00 off which basically covered the delivery fee. Very disappointed with this product and as mentioned flowers were dried out and not anything like the photo online.

Flowers were brought from Hawaii the day before or so! We had huge wedding for 400 people and he managed to design high and low floral arrangements all through our venue that were so dreamy. I'm happy to finally leave a review, there wasn't any yelp at the time, I think! They really delivered!!! Bottom line, Wisteria has been in the business for years and I would definitely recommend them to anyone with high expectations! He created designs back then that no one really did before. He was / is way far more imaginative and creative than the people in the industry back then and now! I want to agree with one of the previous review: Russel was the one I dealt with during the whole process, he came the morning of my wedding, made sure everything looked perfect as we discussed. He was always smiling and so cheerful. It wasn't just some assistants from said company or delivery people dropping your flowers. It was Russel himself coming and overlooking the flower delivery etc, last minute touch up, making sure I loved my bouquet as well. Can I live that day all over again? Lol. Thank you Wisteria. I will post up pictures!

I asked the hotel staff to have the flowers waiting in my room and when i walked in for the first time, i was positively blown away by how much the Rose Shop had exceeded my greatest expectations.
