I was worried they couldn't be fixed easily since they were so small. I found Ali's on Yelp and brought the necklaces on Saturday afternoon. Ali told us there was a chance the clasps could break in which case they would need to be replaced. If he could fix them, we could pick them up that evening or the next day. He texted me later that day letting me know they could be picked up the next day. The necklaces and the fixed clasps look and work great. I can hardly visibly see that they had to be fixed. The whole process with Ali was very clear and smooth and I'm really happy with his help!
