The Forever 21s that moved into a Mervyn's or Gottschalks don't feel like real F21s (lol). Anyway, this location only uses the first out of three floors. Despite that, it has all the departments, Women, Plus, Men, Home, Accessories, Shoes. The young lady in the fitting room was nice. The cashier seemed overwhelmed like there were 40 people in line (I was the only one...). read more

So if you want a sale price on an item listed on web site, its not on sale IN the store, you need to go to the web site, then you need to pay online and then request to pick up in the store even for an item thats in your hand at the store? Sorry but thats crazy! Clerk was trying to help by holding the item and then having me go online and pick up next day or day after depending on how fast the web site was. Nope! Ill go to HM or Macys where sale price on web site is actually honored at the store!! read more

Brandon this a great job with customer services. My wife always buys at forever 21 and she will keep coming back. Thank you very much for the great experience. read more

Such bad customer service. The last time I was there, I needed to find something in particular. I went up to 2 girls who were having a conversation and asked them where I could find what I needed. They pointed and said "over there." I told them I had looked in that area and asked if it could be anywhere else. All I got was "I don't know, check again." It would have been nice if someone had at least gone to look or checked the computer to see if tiere was any stock. I put down everything I already had and walked out of the store. If the employees can't be bothered to actually do their job, why should I spend my money? Side note: this used to be one of my favorite places to shop but their prices have gone up while quality remains the same. The experience was the icing on the cake in my decision to no longer shop here. read more

This Forever 21 in San Bernardino has always given me bad experiences, but when I came in this one day, there was an employee named Yessenia she was very attentive and very sweet and helped me look for what I needed. We need more employees like her. Her customer service is GREAT. I give this store a five-star rating because of the customer service that she gave me. Thanks for the wonderful experience! read more

Bad customer service, it's one of those places where the employees like to introduce their own company policies for their benefit. They said their intercom is broken and they "just haven't gotten it fixed". They said they just have someone going around notifying people. I spent a good 30 minutes looking for clothes and it was disappointing at first and then the girls were more concerned about their own personal conversations than the guest I had to "interrupt" their convo to see if they could let me try on 5 pieces of clothing. The employee turned me away. I asked her if that was the company policy. She said I dont know. Big store with lots of selection but service needs help. Lost a good sale. Oh well life goes on, rant is over. read more

I ADORE THIS STORE!!! And after reading the other reviews I feel extremely lucky to have it just 30 minutes from my house in the ghetto of San Bernardino. It is the only store in the mall I shop at. I park outside, and it is an easy in, easy out situation. I have been to the one in Victorville on my way to work in Barstow, and it's nice but not as big as this one as it is only one floor as opposed to 2. The only complaint I have is the massive amount of merchandise turns over quickly, and I feel as though I am missing something if I don't stop in at least once a week. Today I bought a really cute, grey, animal print long sleeved shirt for $22.80. Last week I bought a great dress for $25.00 that I can wear out for fancy dinner dates or job interviews. Now those were all gone today, as were the faux fur trimmed hooded pea coats I bought a couple weeks ago for $40.00. I have also purchased shoes, some cute sneakers for $5.00 that I wear to the gym, and some black stiletto lace up the front shoes that I wear out on dates, for $20.00. Overall, the prices are extremely reasonable for fashionable, trendy, clothes. I am very petite, (5'1" 110 pounds), but I have a 36D bust, so sometimes have a problem finding tops that fit. Not here, I am a solid size M. A big high five to the managers who keep the huge volume of clothes nicely displayed and well organized. The different sections in the store are theme oriented and enable you to easily find what you are looking for. Either sexy, sultry and come hither to me now clothes, or take me seriously this is an important interview type of dress. Oh, and I'm not 21 in numerical years, but will forever be 21 at heart. read more

Tried to make a return for a debit purchase that was a gift. Debit requires a PIN and is treated same as cash. This store will not do a return for debit purchase without the card used for purchase, so gift givers beware. If your gift doesn't fit or otherwise didn't suit the recipient, they will NOT be able to get the cash equivalent. Any gift is exchange or store credit ONLY even if paid in cash (requires gift receipt). I used to spend a fair amount of money at this store on gifts, I won't be a shopping Forever 21 knowing this scandalous way of ensuring all sales are essentially final. read more

This Forever 21 is HUGE! I don't even know know what is inside the rest of the mall because I spent so much time here (I think like 2 or more hours?), that we had to leave. I don't know even know where to start. Literally. There was soo much clothes everywhere!! We came in through the back I think and was met with their floral section so I just started there and I just went around in a huge circle and then finally went UPSTAIRS where there was MORE clothes! Though I didn't expect to buy all of it, my shopping bag was heavy and full of clothes that I wanted to try on. They had a HUGE sale section full of reduced, cheap winter clothes (as it is spring now) and of course as snagged some to save for next winter haha. I went back downstairs to their dressing room (there is more stalls and no wait as oppose to the one upstairs) and the lady working in the dressing room was really nice and patient towards the 15 or so items that I had in my bag. I left with a satisfying 3 items: $10.50 denim shorts, $4.99 sale slouch sweatshirt and $20 floral tank They also have kids and maternity and toddler and a prom section and a whole swimsuit corner and lots of shoes (for a clothing store) Gotta come back! read more

LOTS and LOTS of clothes. Basic info: two stories, parking was easy to find, there is a mens and little kids section (obviously sections that are smaller than the girls sections though), and an extended sizes section. Normally, I don't buy anything at Forever 21 besides maybe some basic essentials, but I amazingly ended up trying on several clothes, and bought 2 tops and 1 dress, which i love all three. The dress was a very cute summery dress that my friends complimented and was only $24.50 at regular price. The other two tops were also regular price and were both a little below $20. Ratings: Sales section - 3.5 to 4/5 as I didn't really see anything that I would like in there, but they did have some really good prices and a huge selection. I wear mainly a Large, but unfortunately most of the clothing up there was Med or Small (a couple XS) - Accessories section - 3.5/5 -- I got a necklace for only $1.50!, but some of it looked cheap and my friend also was disappointed in the lack of good headband selection - Shoes section - 3/5; they did have a good amount of shoes, but I didn't really see it as anything special. - General girls sections would be a 4.5/5; just because of the HUGE variety and there were a lot of cute stuff from basic tees to floral designs and plaid Some tips are to be prepared to be confused from the randoms popping up to ask you if you want a forever 21 bag because they look like regular customers! Try the Dressing room downstairs, cause the upstairs one takes FOREVER; theres only 5 rooms up there, as opposed to 16 downstairs. And BEWARE of getting stuck in the dressing room! I was probably just unlucky, but luckily my friends practically kicked the door open for me cause I could not open it to save my life. Then i stupidly accidentally closed it all the way again after I showed them an outfit. -.- Their rooms were fine, fyi. AND be prepared to be OVERWHELMED and EXCITED from all the clothes! Prepare to spend some money read more

I Love forever 21 , it's affordable and the clothes are super cute . I do think they should have more people on the floor offering help to customers . Sometimes I have to go all the way up to the cashiers to ask for help . Which is ridiculous because these stores are huge . Some of the clothes can be cheaply made . So you have to be careful what you choose . I also forgot to mention the little papers tags attached to every piece of clothing you purchase , it's so annoying I don't understand why they started doing that , every time I buy something here I have to cut them off because they make me itch and there super long . Overall I like this store more employees on the floor and that paper things attached . Other than that it's a Nice place to shop. read more

This is by far the dirtiest, cringiest and most disgusting forever21 location. This company is not to hire ridiculously rude people who don't know how to treat customers. I had a horrible experience with a cashier just yesterday. The line was extremely long and the only girl ringing up people looked over and called her team member to help her ring up. This young man decides to clear his area, clean the floor, remove the 3 hangers that were in his way, looked over at the only cashier and gave her a dirty look because she had called him from whatever it is he was previously doing that was clearly more important to him. This young man continued cleaning and did not start calling any customers until I politely asked him if he could clean up later and start Helping customers. He refused and said "I will help you when I'm done right now" to what I said "I'm sorry, you're saying right now, does that mean right now or later when you decide?" He then was rude and extremely impolite so I asked him to call his manager to what was a waste of time. Not sure who was more rude, the cashier or the toothless manager that came to HIS rescue rather than addressing my complaint. I could not help but say "don't bother, I see what kind of store you're running here" I excused myself and grabbed my bag, to what a surprise!! The rude young man coincidentally left the security devices on the beanies I had just purchased for my teen daughter. I went back to the young lady that called me, the first cashier that was helping so kindly. What an awful service with the exception of this young girl. I know San Bernardino is a low poverty city but there is no reason to feel entitled and treat people with disrespect. Never shopping at this location again and as a business owner myself, I will see that my customers do not go through such treatment, therefore I will shy them away from this location too. read more

4.5 stars. This is my second finding of a HUGE forever 21, but I think this store has a better selection of clothing than the one in Riverside. Maybe it was just the fact that it seemed like the clothes were sectioned off a little better and also that there were other sizes aside from just Small. Very organized store and also has 2 floors. But it was located in a lower scaled mall, I would only go there strictly for the Forever21 store, the mall doesn't have much appeal. Since this place is the closest Forever21 to me I think I'll be going here for my quicky clothing needs :) read more

I normally love shopping here. As I was shopping , I asked an associate if I would be able to return my clothes if they didn't fit, I was told yes I could. Since their fitting rooms are closed, this was very important to me. At the register , I was told everything was final sale. I explained an associate said I could exchange if my items didn't fit. She didn't care or try to find out if anything could be done for me after waiting in line for 30 minutes. Since COVID is not allowing g fitting rooms to be open , they should be more accommodating like other department stores if they don't want to lose business. Also, they should train employees so as not to confuse customers. read more

I have to say I am very upset with fact that my daughters were treated like criminals once they walked in to the store. They were followed by a security guard . He followed them to every department they walked to. The security guard was of color. This happened at the San Bernardino Mall. They were so uncomfortable they felt threaten by him. If you are going to follow someone do not make so obvious and breath down their necks because that is how they felt. Follow persons that you believe are a threat to the store. The manager on-site that day was told about the occurrence but not sure what was done. My daughters were so upset they just left and will not return to that store again. read more

I went in for the first time and the entire store was empty, no cashiers or customers. This was on a Sunday at 10am. The clothes were strange, I was going to pick something for my daughter, sweaters were all crop tops. Not what I am used to. No signs, just racks and racks of clothes, no idea where juniors, womens sizes were. Walked out without buying. read more

This store has lots of product. Unfortunately it's all over the place, on the floor , on top of fixtures, and always stepping on hangers. I feel like most F21 are messy but this one takes first place. When you walk in it's very old and bland. F21 is supposed to be trendy but it looks like they just throw racks with clothes on it and call it a day. There is very very little merchandising and just falls flat on being a fashionable store. The employees are not helpful at all!!! I was looking for light sweaters and I had to ask multiple employees for help and they would only point the direction it was in instead of walking me over to the product. After going in circles to find it I gave up and walked out empty handed. read more

Worst shopping experience ever. This place is DIRTY. You can't help but step on, and even trip over clothes and hangers on the floor. The clothes are packed so tight in the racks that if you pull something off to look at it, 3 other things fall off. And if you do find something you like, but it isn't your size, good luck trying to find it. The majority of items are not grouped by like styles. The dressing rooms are really dirty, in need of a paint job, and not ADA accessible. Not large enough for a wheelchair, and nowhere to sit. I don't know why my teen likes this place. I will never again visit this location. Even my teen said she didn't want to come back to this one. Next time, we make the trip to VG. read more

This is the worst Forever 21 store that I've ever been to, and I've been to a lot! The selection is decent, but the dressing room is absolutely disgusting. So disgusting that i don't even take off my shoes. The first room has the door open and it's filled with junk/trash. This wasn't a one time thing, it's constantly like this. The floors are so dirty and most of the lights are out. The doors stick and are broken. The last time I was there, a lady got stuck in her stall and she had to yell for help. This store is making a bad name for the company. Some kind of manager needs to clean this place up and actually manage it. read more

This Forever 21 is where all the other better Forever 21s send their failed, cringey, nasty clothes. This place is a nightmare! it's dirty, disorganized, and the clothes are wack. I've always liked this store and have regularly shopped there for a long time, however lately it just seems run down and service is terrible! The store is a mess when I go, accessories are all over the place, and I think they're short staffed because I can't seem to get anyone to help me on the floor anymore.
