So I do not shop here, but I do go with my gf here a lot and even though the clothes are not for me I end up spending money. My gf swears by this location. I kept telling her she goes to the Galleria location all the time, but said this one was bigger. I was skeptical, but when I got here, it's another one of those times, when your gf is right moments. They were having one of their special sales where items are 50% off. Their sale section was half of the whole 2nd floor. My gf was able to walk away with bags of clothes for less than $100. read more

This Forever 21 location is pretty big! Very organized and clean around the floors and in the fitting rooms. Employees are pretty nice and welcoming. There were quite a few sale racks throughout the store (with great value too), and there were a lot of options regarding women's clothing- men's and children's not so much. Overall, a great place to shop for some affordable items. read more

So I remember shopping at Forever 21 back in the day when I was 21. Prices back then always seemed reasonable. Maybe I am old but come on... $40 for KID jeans at Forever 21... No thanks. Aside from the price, they do have a gigantic store and lots of options, which is why I'll give 3-stars because I don't know, maybe everyone else is a millionaire and can afford shopping here. My daughter was looking at stuff in this store. It was chaotic and looked like it was under construction. There were no employees to ask questions anywhere. Then we needed a restroom and asked where it was, and they said there wasn't one. It's a huge mall anchor store and I know for a fact that the space had department store type restrooms in its previous incarnation, so that means that they deliberately closed off anchor-store restrooms, which is obnoxious. The nearest ones are quite a ways away, so we left and didn't buy anything. read more

This store is such a waste to shop at if you don't wear a size XS, S or size 0 in pants, so physically speaking if you aren't skin and bones. Apparently if you wear jeans size above a 10, you are considered plus sized and have to shop in the plus sized section. Also, they don't have any sales for plus sized individuals. I wouldn't consider myself to be plus sized, though I do have a big butt. I don't weigh a lot, don't eat a lot of food unnecessary foods like junk foods, and I exercise, but to the guy who created Forever 21. I am considered a fatty. Go figure! Also, I would like to point out the clothing isn't even worth a penny. It's just like H&M, ugly and overpriced. I don't understand why some females like to dress themselves in such low quality clothing. The Goodwill and Salvation Army has a way better selection. Usually all of the teenagers who work here aren't worth much because they know nothing, but I was able to speak with a nice kid that had a real goal in life. Such a good person. That person is pretty much only positive thing this place has going for itself. Even the clearance is horse dung. Everything is low quality! I rather like this forever 21. It is a huge store and I find that it caters to a range of body types. That is for females, I don't know about the male side of the store. I like that you can go to Forever 21 and don't have to go in the mall which I earnestly try to avoid as I am not big about malls. I will say that the clothing is more plentiful with a larger variety of styles if you are a size 12 and down but they do make plus size clothing that is fashionable and visually appealing ( as in you are not wearing the dress version of your great-great-grandmothers favorite shawl). I feel as if they could possibly make the store a little easier to navigate if they had more staff on the floor to reorganize the clothing according to size and also at times customers will rehang clothing on the first rack they see if they decide not to buy an item which is par for the course but it takes staffing to keep it organized. I don't really buy a lot when I am here just a few articles here and there. They have accessories, shoes, undergarments and pajamas which look cute but I don't really peruse those areas as they are a bit juvenile but they're cute. read more

My daughter Jezabella wanted to get some clothes and so I took her here, she found a lot of good stuff but the staff were very rude to me but very nice to her and I was very upset. The clothing was expensive but stylish she got a shirt and she loved it. I found it offensive when they didn't have any larges for me. My daughter found some good stuff tho. The music was very loud and I think it was talking about sexual intimacy!!!!! Which was very appalling and not very Christian my angel of a daughter threw some clothes on the floor and a worker there had the pure AUDACITY to sigh. The only thing good about the store is the size. Everything else was a complete and utter disappointment. All of the clothing is very disorganized, so it's hard to find your size in the item that you were looking for. If you pick up something that you like that isn't your size, good luck finding it again! The fitting rooms are absolutely disgusting; I posted a photo of over 10 pieces of gum stuck to the wall in one of the fitting room stalls. There also appeared to be some dark colored liquid smeared on the wall as well, possibly blood? I don't understand how management could allow this to happen. That many pieces of gum do not get stuck to a wall in one day. Clearly the fitting rooms are never cleaned, which would suggest that the close themselves are also quite dirty as a result of being in those rooms. There were massive piles of clothes in each room, which seemed odd given that it's a Tuesday evening and the store wasn't busy. The fitting room employees were trying on clothes during their shift. They were teenage girls, maybe about 16-18 years old, and were gossiping loudly the entire time I was in the fitting room. When I first approached the fitting room, I waited for several minutes (despite there being no line) before an employee shouted from down the hall "how many do you have" and threw a number at me. Brace yourselves, ladies....what used to be a Mervyn's is now a Forever 21. The WHOLE store....2 stories....with an escalator! Yes, it's part of Baybrook Mall, but its sheer size alone means it should merit its own review. Not to mention that it has a separate entrance from the mall itself, so you can bypass everything else if you just need your Forever 21 fix. Sure, the locations at Memorial City Mall and the Pavilions are 2 stories as well, but this location puts those two to shame. This upgrade includes a sizable kids section and well-stocked plus size and men's sections, too. As for everything else, well, it's almost overwhelming. I would say things are sort of organized by style and, when things really get going here, I would imagine a sizable sale section will install itself upstairs. I wasn't really a fan of the previous incarnation of Forever 21 at Baybrook. It was kind of junky, not very well organized, and seemed to only carry clothes geared towards the teenybopper set. The larger store is much nicer and has a vast array of options for just about every age. I found a few tops that will be office appropriate with a nice jacket and necklace, a few T-shirts, a cardigan....a small dent in my paycheck later....Let's just say it's a good thing I can only visit this location on weekend visits to my parents' side of town! read more

The size of the store is great, it looks like I'd have a lot to choose from. But the store is such a mess you can't look through anything. Nothing is where it's supposed to be. Almost all of the dressing rooms are closed except for one section at the bottom. Went to look for jewelry and the shelves were empty and what I did were either mismatched or stolen. You've got a better chance using their online store or going to the Galleria location to find what you want. read more

The selection is incredible, prices unbeatable, but the entire upstairs is a HOT FREAKING MESS! Can't find a single employee up there to help you find anything or get an item down off the high racks. Piles of misplaced clothes outweigh the actual organized section. Can't make any sense of the layout. Having worked clothing retail before, it is imperative that management implement scheduled store recon on Sunday evenings after the weekend stampede. Much like their targeted demographic, Monday morning is NOT a good look on Forever 21. read more

OMG! This place is HUGE! I used to drive all the way to Memorial Mall to go to Forever 21 but no more... I think you could fit two of those into this Baybrook location! In addition to the regular lines, they also carry kids, mens and even have a plus sized section. I love that they have an army of staff working to keep the place organized and clean. It's definitely worth stopping by to check out; you can't miss it since it took over the old Mervyn's location. Just be prepared to spend at least an hour shopping. read more

OMG is RIGHT! This place is so huge - it was actually very overwhelming. I didn't know where to start! And, I was so fearful I was going to miss some super cute dress or hot shirt that I didn't want to miss anything! Two huge floors with endless cute clothing, accessories, make-up, etc. Now that I've officially scouted out the place, I know that the next time I visit I need to allow myself plenty of time to peruse all the inventory. My only major complaint is that with all those clothing options, you're gonna have a ton of stuff to haul into the dressing room to try on. I think they only allow like 6 or so garments in the fitting room at one time. This is just not possible! I'm especially a sucker for the cheap jewelry. I love the earrings, rings and necklaces - most items are priced around $3-$6. Just be sure to HAND WASH everything you buy here. This is by far my favorite forever 21 in the state of texas! The store itself is gorgeous and for the most part ORGANIZED! Yes you will feel overwhelmed but that's just natural. I suggest you take your time to make sure you don't miss anything. I've been less than 5 times and each trip I have spent anywhere from $50-$200. The variety is the best! Since it's new opening, I feel very overwhelmed in this store and it just seems too overstocked with so much I become a lost lamb in here. The majority of the time they only use 1 section for checkout even though they have multiple as well as use only one section of the dressing rooms out of all that is in this building which is basically a department store. The friendswood/clearlake forever 21 is a must see! The place is HUGE and very organize! I am surprise of their organization even though at times they have to deal with so much chaos. Everything is divided very well and alot of things are easy to find for me. I like coming here because I always end up finding many cute stuff that I could never find in other forever 21 like downtown and memorial. If I could and if only this area is a little close to me, I would definitely go here more. read more

Normally I wouldnt write a review about Forever 21 bc there is no need to give it any additional publicity then what teenie boppers and grown ass woman already know about this place BUT because of the sheer size of this place I had to write something. Mind you I have been to Forever 21 in the major cities up and down the west coast & east coast, along the southern borders of the US, Seoul, and Japan but nothing comes close to the size of this one. whooooaaaadeeeee I mean, cmon, I even found the 2nd floor bathroom. Did some of you even know that was there? I found some great deals that day. Scored mostly items for the husb and the teenie bopper sister. Undies and 3 pairs of flats. All for under $100. Everything was additional 1/2 off everything that was already marked down. Sweeeeettttt. 2 floors, the mens area had a good amount of sweaters, jeans, and jackets. It was awesome. H&M at this particular store was nothing to write home about, probably because I wasnt impressed with the stock of items they had. Oh well. I shall be back. read more

Love this location. It's two stories and MASSIVE. They layout is nice too. They have a section for guys as well. Large sale section on second floor (for women). However, forever 21 has really poor quality clothing. It's cheap so I guess you get what you pay. They alway have cute clothes that you can find though. The store is 2 stories and is in a good location to access for anyone. They always have good deals and great sales. Always go upstairs to check out the sale section! Negative 3 stars for lack of sales reps in the store, closed off changing room upstairs and unattended changing room downstairs with non-locking doors and high visibility to the public. Unsafe and not secure or comfortable at all. Wanted to try on a dress, but just hung it back up and left after wandering an "anchor" sized storefront for help that was not there. I'm incredibly disappointed by the service. I was looking for a certain item that was only available at this location. I called multiple times to no avail. So I decided to take the long trip down southeast. As previously mentioned in other reviews, it's very difficult to find any one item. So I waited in line to provide the item number. There was a new employee and a veteran employee working as the cashiers. We found the item in the computer but neither employee was capable of directing me to the actual location of the item. At the other location, the employees were much more familiar with their items or at least had an idea of the different style types that organizes the store. However, the veteran employee was getting frustrated because I was asking for an idea of the organization process in the store to find the item. So let me get this straight: you don't answer your phone, I drive all the way out here with the actual item number just to save you time from having to call the other store, the item is in your store, and you can't assist me, or at least use your headset to ask another employee on the floor to assist me? I'm a paying customer who did your job, and you still give me attitude? I worked retail. Yeah - it sucks sometimes. I understand how it works and when stores are predominately run by people younger than 25 years old. It still can be a successful store if you provide decent customer service. I ended up giving this place 2 stars instead of one because there was a young lady who dropped everything to help me hunt down the item. She apologized on his behalf. I just had to go out of my way to search for someone to at least help me. Fun fact: I ended up not buying the item because I felt too uncomfortable to deal with the cashier veteran employee. The worst part is the veteran employee cashier was training the new employee such poor behavior. As I walked out, I simply informed the veteran cashier the item is upstairs, just so he knows for future purposes. In return, I received a stank face - because that is exactly what I needed after a stressful 30 minutes in Forever 21. read more

So today I had gone into Forever 21. I spotted a really nice maxi, but it wasn't my size so I looked for an employee for about 15 minutes and then I finally saw one and asked her for some help and she was busy socializing with another employee. I asked for help and with an attitude, she tells me that they may not have it but I could go check downstairs. I asked another and she seemed like she had no idea what she was doing. This Forever 21 is really big and they only keep one cashier counter and one fitting room open at all times. Bad experience! read more

I agree 100% with everything that Claire S. wrote! I LOVE this Forever 21! At 80,000 sq. feet, I believe it is the second largest in the country following the NYC location. The selection of clothing is fantastic and every sub clothing line has its' very own section in the store. The store is 2 floors, accessible by escalator or elevator. The decor is beautiful and the music is never too loud like the other stores in and surrounding the Houston area. The location in Willowbrook used to be my go-to store and I never could come up with the energy to dig through the horrid mess of clothing at the Memorial City Mall location. The Baybrook location is definitely the most organized Forever 21 that I've shopped at. I definitely recommend making the drive to Friendswood to visit this awesome store! So I live on the northwest side of Houston, so I drove about an hour to get to this forever 21. My experience started off fine, after 2 hours of shopping in the store I make my way to the second floor- by this time I have 2 bags full of clothes. An associate walks over and said she would take my items down to the first floor fitting room and hands me another bag to continue shopping. So I finish shopping and go down to the fitting room to try on the clothes. I get there and the lady in the fitting room says she doesn't have any bags, so I try to describe what the lady looks like and she's staring at me like a deer in headlights. So I'm like you know what I'll look for her myself, I find her and she says she took them to the fitting room. So when we get back over there they still can't find my bags and she's like well they must have put them back, at this point I'm pissed off!! Now they're both staring at me like I'm the one who lost the clothes. Their only response is do I want to try on the clothes that I have in my bag that I brought down-hell no!!! I'm so pissed off that I have walked around the store for 2 hours and they put all of my items back, this is so unacceptable! Needless to say I left the store without buying a single thing. read more
