The store does require a mask to enter and there is a specific entrance and exit setup. There is also a staff member at the door monitoring the number of guests. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. There was no line to get in and no line at the register. They returned my jeans with no questions. They have you put your items you are returning in a bin next to the register so they they don't have to touch the items. This location is near the Rack Room shoes entrance.
