Instead of being welcomed or shown around, I was denied access to the HydroMassage chairs by an employee named Caitlyn, even after explaining I was there as a guest and ready to join. For a gym that claims to be welcoming and judgment free, this was a poor first impression. First time visitors should be treated better, shown the amenities, and allowed to experience what they're paying for. The lack of customer service completely turned me off from joining.

I think sometimes the TV's don't work, but since I don't watch TV, I don't really notice. I usually come in the mornings when it's not too busy to avoid crowds. For a gym, it has everything I need; friendly neighbors, upbeat staff, showers and a space to move my body!! The music is good for the most part, but sometimes I'll use Rockbot to request my own workout music for the day. The only downside I find is, the upkeep with cleanliness. I come to the gym every morning, and noticed that in the women's bathroom, there are moments where I'll see the same clump of hair 5 or 6 days in a row, even after the bathroom has been "cleaned". Or in the shower, again, clumps of women's hair. Even in the sinks; clumps of hair. One time, the sink was clogged and it wasn't cleaned out for I think 3 days. I'm not sure why the bathrooms aren't thoroughly cleaned each night, because when I come in in the morning, I smell cleaning solution. Why are you not cleaning up the hair and other messes like everything else? I did want to recognize the Planet Fitness staff as they are like a second family. When we see each other (Andrew, Travis, Bri, and the crew), we always greet one another with kindness, respect, love and sometimes even some laughter!! I know that each Planet Fitness is independently owned, so I wanted to recognize the staff that runs this one. Thank you all for being who you are! Please keep the bathrooms cleaned though!!! Cardio equipment GroupX room, and basketball court downstairs, a row of ellipticals, cycle room, and all your free weights and machines upstairs. Machines are old but well oiled and not squeaky. I use the pool a lot for triathlon training. The temperature is not consistent. Sometimes it will be very cold. Lol. Around 8PM is best since there aren't people just wading or just hanging out in the lap pool. You get your own lane. The spa and sauna are always busy. Overall a good gym to get a workout in. Nothing fancy. They just need to refill their paper towels and sani spray bottles better. I like to clean what I use before and after.

If you like warm water, you'll love this place! I've been coming here long enough to remember when they had TV's in the locker room. They took them out. Obviously I'm not here to hang out in the locker room, but it was nice to catch some sports highlights when you were in there. TVs are so cheap now too... very disappointing. Don't even bother submitting a service request on any of the equipment. The chair on the weightlifting floor (right side in front of the dumbbells) has been loose for over 2 months and I've submitted requests at least 3 times and even spoke to the manager directly. In one ear and out the other every time. They slapped a sign on the seat for a few days and nothing happened. The bolts just need to be tightened. I guess they'd prefer to have the lawsuit from someone lean back far enough until it snaps one day. I would've left fewer stars, but believe it or not, I've been to worse 24s!!!

It was in the high eighties outside, so you can only imagine with hundreds of people inside the facility with no ventilation. I'm surprised that this allowed to continue. It was miserable for the staff, coaches and players to endure the conditions inside. The games lasted longer than usual which you had multiple teams at one court which was very overcrowded. The only plus that this site had was a great food court and the bathrooms were clean. Please fix your A/C. How do you except players to endure those conditions!

I've recently been using the pool and the treadmill since I'm pregnant, and both have been really helpful for staying active. Most of the equipment is new and well-maintained, which makes workouts more enjoyable. My favorite part is the Zumba classes and I love the teacher. I do wish they offered yoga classes specifically for pregnant women that would make the experience even better.

Members were not wiping down equipment after use, and there was a noticeable lack of cleaning supplies available throughout the gym. It was genuinely unsanitary. Thankfully, I brought my own wipes, but that should not be necessary. To make matters worse, someone was actively working out inside the sauna, taking up the entire space, which is completely inappropriate and unhygienic. The free weight area is also extremely limited. If the personal training area were opened up, there would be much more usable space instead of forcing members to work out cramped next to benches. Overall, this gym lacks basic cleanliness standards, organization, and customer service. I would strongly discourage others from joining.
