Also, this was one of the few inspection services I found that offers infrared imaging. I like people like Matt who take pride in their work. He was pleasant and professional to work with. From talking with him, I got the impression that he has the right combination of technical skills and an investigative/problem solving mindset which goes a long way in this type of work. He spent a generous amount of time at the house (6.5 hours) and met with me at the end of the inspection for a quick wrap up and to answer questions. I received a written report by e-mail the same day of the inspection. I was happy that it was very detailed (53 pages!) and organized with a table of contents, assessments of each system, and a summary at the end. It was easy to understand and explained all findings without being unnecessarily "technical". It also included supporting photographs and infrared imagery. Overall I felt confident in the quality of the inspection and well-informed by the written product. Would work with Sure Sight again next time I need help with an inspection.
