My first treatment was done in January 2026, administered by a very skilled and gentle-mannered young woman named Hannah. She talked me through everything she was going to do, and made sure I was comfortable with the heat of the RF and the strength of the IPL pulses. Once she was done, she gave my face a wonderful, soothing massage. After this she called on Dr. Kloepfer to express the ducts along the edges of my eyelids. That's when he showed me which areas of my eyelids were in good functioning order, and which were blocked or atrophied. It gave me a good understanding of the condition of my eyes and how the further 3 treatments would improve my condition. I have now completed my treatments and am very happy with the results. I highly recommend these treatments and this clinic. My sincere thanks to Hannah and Dr. Kloepfer!

The offices are really nice and have a modern look and feel. They layout seems a little odd but you always have someone directing you around so you can't get lost. The doctors have changed over the years but I've always had a great exam with each. The only reason I'm deducting a star is because of price. The exam itself is $110 compared to around $75 for a standard exam. I wear Acuvue Advanced contact lenses and Health Plus charges $40 per box. Clearly Contacts charges $32.99, a pretty big difference.

I can't say enough about the staff at both locations as they have been so good. I can honestly say that after such a short time and just a few visits the staff all know me by name and treat me like a friend more so than a customer - not the case after 30 some years of going to the same Dr. in Edmonton. There is a whide range of beautiful designer frames, not a lot of cheaper options though. They have a good assortment of reading magazines, coffee and water in the waiting area. The reseptionist and staff are quite friendly and efficient. Their prices for contacts are standard. I once had to exchange one type of unopened contacts for another and there was no issue. They did undercharge me once, so they tacked the difference on to my next vist, but it wasn't a big deal. Dr. Michelle Naruszewicz, who I see, makes my visits so easy going! She explains everything thouroughly to me, even showing me pictures of what she is talking about! For instance I had minor inflammation under my eye lids, she recommended only what was needed to treat it and nothing else. I recently went to Mission Eye care for my 2 year check up…read more I was so impressed with the staff and the service they provided. From the minute I entered the office I felt very comfortable. The staff were all friendly & professional. The lady that selects the frames (after taking a look at my face) was impressive ! She sat me down, looked at my face shape, did a four finger measure and returned with 6 pairs of frames. Every frame was a fit ! She knows exactly what she's doing. The 1st pair I tried were perfect they looked great on me. The Optometrist was fantastic. I've had eye examinations before but never one as thorough as the one at Mission Eye Care.
