This is the second Forefront I've booked an appointment with in the past 2 years. I should have learned my lesson 2 years ago when I booked with Monroeville office. I left after I had waited close to 1/2 hour and was told about another hour wait. Tried another place ( not Forefront) last year. No wait. Booked this place , Greensburg when I couldn't get appt elsewhere. Same story here as Monroeville. It's a Forefront thing. They overbook. Waited an hour plus. Doc visit lasted less than 10'. I recently called Forefront office in Greensburg and unfortunately, my experience was far from what I had hoped for. From the moment I called, the receptionist displayed a lack of professionalism and kindness that left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. She said her name was Lindsey Muir. When I asked simple questions about my insurance coverage, she seemed irritated and gave very short, unhelpful responses. She said, "if you don't know the own answers to these questions, then you don't deserve to be seen here," and that I "wasn't a bright person." She was quite dismissive and rushed me. I choose not to make the appointment because I was treated with such ignorance. After a long pause, she said "do you have more to say," and "that's not a me issue." I understand that everyone has busy days, but basic poilteness and professionalism should always be a given, especially when you're dealing with patients who may already be feeling anxious or uncomfortable. This experience left a NEGATIVE impression and I felt disrespected. I hope the office takes some time to improve the quality of who they have running the front office because they are the ones who have quality interactions with patients. They have lost my business completely, and I hope Lindsey has a better day then the day we spoke. NEVER COME HERE! read more

I went in to have a mole with abnormal cells removed by Christa McHugh. She was phenomenal! The procedure went very quickly and smoothly. Only took about 15 minutes. The Medical Assistant, Missy ( I believe that is her name. I'm not 100% sure though since I was nervous when I first got there) was also amazing! They made sure I was 100% comfortable and put me at ease by explaining everything they were doing as they were doing it! Very compassionate, friendly and kind people! read more

Despite The Website Stating That They Treat Prurigo Nodularis, Which There Is Treatment For, They Do Not Treat This Condition. In Fact As Soon As The Biopsy Came Back They Were Finished With Me. Never Received Any Follow Up And When When I Called To Question Care Nurse Just Acted Like I Should Not Have Expected Anything More. Never Even Tried To Diagnosis The Underlying Condition That Led To Prurigo Nodularis. So Sorry We All Can't All Be Beautiful. Oh I Almost Forgot That I Waited 8 Months To Be Seen Even When Referred By PCP. Would Not Go Here Unless You Got Cash $$$$ To Waste. read more

This was my first visit here and it was to accompany husband for an initial appointment. It was very crowded and busy, but the staff was friendly, accommodating and patient with each client. Elderly patients were treated and spoken to very kindly. Husband has to return for more care, so hopefully, things will go as smoothly as the first consultation. read more

Was a patient of Dr. Hazey's when it was Wesmoreland Dermatology. Well now it's Forefront Dermatology and was happy to call to be seen again. Was told I could be put on the books for 3 months from now because of my insurance. Being in between jobs this is already hard as it is...very disappointed that they blatantly explain they classify patients essentially by higher economic status to be seen. Sent email after they sent me a message they wanted to resolve the issue. No resolve! Do not go here if you require respect! read more

These people are a rip off. You go there for what you think is a yearly preventive check up (which should be covered) only to charge you over $100.00 for an office visit. Called them and were told since it is dermatologist, they can't code it as preventive and the charge is for the office visit...since when do you get charged for a preventive check up? I get a letter by mail stating we are sorry, someone broke into our IT information, and they accessed your personal information you provided to us. "Sorry?!" My daughter and I have been patients of this practice for several years. Every time I call to make an appointment I am never asked why I or my family needs to be seen. They immediately offer a date 2 months out and think that is acceptable. Very poor patient care. read more

Procedure went fine. Problem is they are TWO TIMES the cost of other dermatologist, and bill to co-pay, making you pay as much as possible. When you get your bill, you mouth will drop open. I paid over twice for the same procedure as my primary dermatologist. My insurance said "oh yeah, they top the list of expensive". Wow. They are ripping everybody off! Beware! read more

Didn't even evaluate my condition before he told me that it wasn't covered under insurance and wanted me to pay upwards of $300 to have procedure done! I just visited Forefront dermatology for the first time yesterday with my nearly 2-year-old son and I couldn't have been happier with the nursing staff! My son, was quite rambunctious, and in desperate need of a nap, getting into everything and running everywhere. The nurse accompanying the PA-C in the exam room, Diana, was extremely empathetic and helpful in making the visit calm and productive. She was kind enough to play with my son and keep him occupied throughout the visit! SHe even provided a lollipop and played peek-a-boo with him! Thanks so much Diana! read more

Don't go here now. They gained a great reputation when it was owned and operated by Dr. Jeffrey Wolfe. Now, they have a long list of Physician's Assistants with whom you will likely get your appointment instead of a dermatologist...there is an enormous difference! My husband and I had an excruciatingly horrible experience recently and although I am an established patient with this practice, even I could not get in to see my dermatologist and was only given the option of a physician's assistant. I declined my appointment while my husband accepted his. He was completely misdiagnosed and has an ongoing infection as a result of this. read more

Beware of this practice. First appointment went well. On second appointment started oral medication for a skin condition. After three doses awoke with itching ,rash and swelling of fingers luckily non life threatening otherwise would have gone to ER. Contacted practice, Dr. reassured me if any problems I could call . I asked to speak to PA she was with a patient and they would give her the message. 24 hours later no response. Called again and was told the Dr. was in today and would call . 24 hours later no call. On the third day asked to speak to office manager to complain of lack of response and to cancel next appointment she asked if I wanted to talk to Dr. too little too late found another physician. Three days with no response is totally unacceptable if I could I would have given a negative review 1 star is way to generous read more

I've had a Mose surgery for a carcinoma on my face by Dr. McQue excellent , professional, However...I've seen the P.A. David Patterson for issues with my skin, didn't give me the time of day, said to stop picking! I researched online suggestions on what to do for the thinning skin and blotches I get. Thank God!
