He came in to the exam room and we discussed my concerns and goals, he immediately recommended I go back to my original doctor. Then he still wanted to examine me. What I find wrong with it is if you already told me you not gonna do my surgery why are you touching my breast. He really touched them from every side and squeezed them and pushed them, touched my nipples. Then asked me to show him how I massage them. Then he pulled my panties down to see my c-section scar, and rubbed my stomach and asked to see my whole body. After all that he he said I have a good skin. Why do you touch me and ask me to show you how I massage my breast and pull down my underwear if you already told me you not gonna do the surgery on me. I feel violated and molested at this point. There should be a nurse in a room with a doctor and there was none. Unprofessional. I've been to different plastic surgeons for a consultation and none of them ever allowed themselves to do that. I left the office traumatized and violated.

At the time of the hematoma, as I look back on pictures - I can clearly see my implants were falling into my rib cage. Dr. Lazzaro continued to tell me they were falling too low because my bra wasn't enough of a "push up bra, like a bomb shell bra from Victoria Secret". I had pain, discomfort, and was unable to do any of my normal activities. After 5 months of agony, I went to my OB/GYN who quickly reassured me there was a huge problem. She recommended Dr. Johns with Artisan Plastic Surgery. Dr. Johns diagnosed me with Double Bubble bilaterally. I had to pay for an explant as well as capsulectomy. I asked Dr. Lazzaro's office for a refund, and as of today - I haven't received a penny. Just a comment that they were unaware I was unhappy with my results. Which is a LIE. I was never satisfied with the procedure or the outcome for one day.

I had a mini facelift and couldn't be happier, I then had a breast lift with augmentation and the results again were amazing. I also had lipo of the abdomen , again amazing . Dr. Lazzaro made me feel comfortable and at ease with each surgery and his staff also answered any and all questions or concerns that I had, if he wasn't an excellent surgeon why would I have three surgeries in one year. I could go anywhere and spend anything and I chose Aestique .

Weeks would go by with no communication despite my trying. Eventually, several months and about ten emails later (most going with no response), I sent one last email saying either book my appointment or refund my money. I did get a response then with a time and date, and I scheduled it! I had been looking forward to this facial for too long with my mother! Day came, and the Center was easy to find. The facilities were beautiful and the staff and even other clients were extremely friendly. The facial itself was amazing (you should see the GUNK that gets out of your skin), and the owner was super friendly and apologetic for the scheduling mishap. We'll be going back for more treatments and my mother even wants to plan a spa day for my cousins and aunts and me!

People must me masked and they temperature check you before you are allowed in. The pedicure area is two stations and small and cozy. They do have the plastic shield in place between you and the technician. They really take their time in every step and it is very relaxing. My gel Polish lasted three weeks and my pedicure was still in good shape over six weeks later. I'm convinced that is because of the amount of time they take on each client. The one downside is that it can take awhile to get an appointment. I was using a Groupon, so I think that made a difference, but it was over a month from when I called before they had their first available mani/pedi appointment.
