Worst medical assistants and nurses I've ever seen. If the doctors know whats good for them they'd be cleaning house. The medical assstants are the first and last people you talk to at the office. They are the people that leave the most impression. In the medical field, they are the face of your product. This product stinks!

Went in to follow up from an ER visit gor a dislocated jaw he brought up my pain medications that were prescribed to me earlier this year after having an extensive abdominal surgery and said he wasnt giving me pain meds....I didnt ask for pain meds I ASKED what can we do for my jaw. He then started to leave the room and told me to go back to the ER and said if thats what I have to do I will. On my way to the discharge desk to check out in the hallway in front of other patients and staff he yelled at me that I have a pill problem and mental problems that I need to get fixed and to never come back. Not only unprofessional and despicable behavior but discussing anything medical in front of other patients (even untrue accusations) is a HIPAA violation! I will never see him again this was very upsetting and outrageous.

I was very ill throwing up waiting for my daughter another pt reported this to staff and office personnel did come outside. At that time I thought was a relief... they were rude and no help in fact they then went in I do not know what was said to the dr but the police were called and they assumed drugs were involved smh. Ofc they were not but it was uncalled for embarrassing and at that time more than annoying and disappointing! Needless to say I was very shocked and more than upset and angry and have not been back there since! My daughter has not been back and I never went in bc I just had picked him as pcp bc I've heard he was good dr. That was enough for me... I saw enough that day! I did attempt to make immediate change but bc of insurance I had to wait to switch my pcp but contd to go to med express, urgent care, ers to avoid dealing with him. Which is sad bc it ended up being an ulcer(bleeding ulcer) that burst and I needed allot of referrals I do understand that drugs are a problem everywhere and that it could have looked just as such but obviously it wasn't and regardless he took an oath so whatever anyone's situation was at that point and time that shouldn't have mattered his first duty and staff duties are to care for a patient and at the least inquire what's really going on before calling law enforcement and discarding anyone who's sick like that!!!

My grandmother has been a long time patient of both him and his father. She is 89, suffering from…read moresevere dementia, malnutrition, and pain. When she asked him for something to help with her arm and leg pain he suggested he could cut them off for her (I'm assuming as a poor joke), but provided no other solution. She had been sick with multiple hospital visits and he did not so much as refill her prescriptions OR fill out her hospice paperworkin a timely manner. He never prercribed her anything to help with her dementia nor did he put anything in her medical record indicating she had it so when she went to the hospital they had to code her for sun downing. If she wasn't set in her ways with keeping his family as her physician we would have switched a long time ago and she wouldn't be suffering as badly. Talk about someone who doesn't care for their patients. Couldn't be more disgusted at how he has cared for her.
