We first met with Kevin at the end of 2021 to discuss solar options. The thing I appreciated the most about the conversations with Kevin were that he was no-pressure, took time to understand what we were trying to achieve with our system, and answer any concerns we had. He quickly turned over a quote that would offset 60% of our power usage, based on our sun exposure, roof size, and roof angle. We got several other competitive bids, but their sales tactics were high pressure, and they tried to upsell us to systems that would offset 100% of our power usage - but they didn't take into account our roof size, roof angle, or sun exposure, suggesting that we buy solar panels that would almost never get sun exposure (north and north-east sides - plus shadows from neighboring houses). Kevin provided references, and was very clear about the necessity to contact a tax advisor to understand how or if we would benefit from the Federal Tax Credit. Once our order was handed off to the installation team, Will took over from there. Will is a fantastic communicator and kept us up to date every step of the way, from supply chain order, to delivery, to install, and even a few post-install questions. On installation day, the team arrived when they said they would, they were respectful of our property, and during the 2-day long install, they left the job site as clean as when they found it. During the summer months, we've been able to offset 100% of our electric usage and bank credits with SnoPUD. Looking forward to seeing what we do over the fall and winter months, but so far, the system is delivering as promised and we couldn't be happier. read more

Very frustrating customer service. During installation of our solar panels, Forecast broke our sewer vent pipe. They acknowledged that they broke the pipe and promised to come back to fix the pipe. In the meantime, our main floor began to smell of sewer gas. As the smell continued to get worse and worse, our calls in hopes of scheduling the fix got more and more frequent. After 8 calls over the course of three months, and several promises that they would come fix the issue, we are now forced to hire a different roofing company to make the fix. The sewer gas small is unbearable and we would not recommend Forecast. read more
