We've always loved Ford's Garage--their burgers are consistently delicious, and we generally have a great experience. But last night, our visit was taken to a whole new level thanks to our server, Monic. It's hard to put into words just how exceptional she was. Monic was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm. She not only remembered our drinks and kept refills flowing without being asked, but also guided us through the menu with thoughtful recommendations. What impressed us most was how she managed to provide the same outstanding care to what looked like half the dining room. Somehow, she made everyone feel like a valued guest and treated each table like a treasured friend. The food is always solid, with a varied and satisfying menu--but if you want a truly top-tier dining experience, ask for Monic. In our opinion, she's the best in the business. read more

Server Jordan is AWESOME. She brings our drinks when she comes to the table and drink refills are spot on. Order is always right or the few times there's a problem Jordan takes care of it. Has a large variety to choose from on their menu. I got the Chicken Henry which was really good. I was part of a group of 6. Everyone ordered something different from seafood to hamburgers, and all were well Pleased. One diner did not care for the Chardonnay wine, but I enjoyed their Cabernet Sauvignon. The decor is just what you would expect, including a model T hanging over the bar. We were on our way to A show at Hertz Arena so we wanted to dine somewhere close . Ford's Garage is a burger and craft beer restaurant that opened its first location in Fort Meyers in 2012. Fort Meyers is the home of the Edison and Ford Winter Estates. When they opened they hadn't secured the rights to use the Ford name. When contacted by Ford Motor Company they expected a cease and desist letter and instead were surprised to learn the car company liked their concept and wanted to work with them. A deal was struck in 2014 that allowed the restaurant to use the iconic logo, archival images, and even have actual Model T's. They have now expanded to more than 20 restaurants in four states. I was on the west coast at lunchtime and am a fan of the cars and the chain so I decided to stop here. Ford's Garage Estero is located in the beautiful Miromar Outlet Mall. This location is very popular and there was a bit of a wait. They can text you when your table is ready which allowed us time to explore the mall until a table was ready. Ford's Garage is known for their cocktails and burgers. I love all the attention to detail like the gas pump door handles, tire sinks and gas pump handle faucets in the restroom, a craftsman tool cart used as a buffet, oil rag napkins with hose clamp napkin rings, old photos on the wall, Model T horn blaring, and actual car suspended over the bar. If you are a gearhead or Ford history fan you will love their decor. Ford's Garage offers a gastropub style menu with wings, hot pretzels, nachos, soups, salads, burgers, sandwiches, and comfort food plates. Dessert is lava cake, key lime pie, turtle brownie, caramel apple cookie skillet, and milkshakes. They also offer a weekend brunch. For my meal I ordered the American Standard with American cheese, chopped romaine, tomato, red onion, and pickle planks on a brioche bun. The burger was huge and cooked perfectly and the fries were hot and crispy. Unfortunately there wasn't room for dessert. The restaurant and restrooms were very clean and despite being busy, the service was efficient. I definitely would visit again if I returned to the area. read more

Decided to visit Fords garage estero and it was amazing! our sever Eli was incredible going above and beyond to meet our every need! Although as we were walking to be seated at our table we notice a tray on our table. This tray was picked up by a different server who proceeded to hit Eli in the arm with and didn't say sorry or even acknowledge it even happening. The table she was serving at the time noticed it too. Again, the food and the server, Eli made our time amazing! Will definitely come back on my next trip out to Florida! We wanted burgers and chose Fords Garage since they have a burger section on the menu(noted for their burgers) and offer gluten free buns(for me .) We were extremely satisfied, all three of us! My husband and bonus-son loves their burgers! Our waitress, Elsmira, was absolutely awesome and so knowledgeable and attentive. My son wanted a burger, but not a "mini burger" what he perceived was on the kids menu. Eldmira recommended the roaster as they were a little smaller than the regular burgers but bigger than the kids menu. Her suggestions were perfect and spot-on!(I even ordered a recommendation of hers also, the Cali roadster, and it was so good! And perfect for me!) She also made sure my gluten allergy was noted to the kitchen and I had a gluten free buns. The GF bun was so soft! My son loves looking over all the Ford memorabilia everywhere. We stopped in for lunch on the way to the airport. It was super busy. The food was pretty good, nothing phenomenal but good enough to fill our bellies and enjoy it. The menu offers a lot of options, enough for anyone to find something. They also have some good lunch specials. I got the pulled pork nachos from the appetizer menu as my meal and it came out first; not a big deal but I almost finished my food before the rest of my family's came out. My husband got a chicken sandwich which he enjoyed. The service was not very good and was very slow. Again, they were busy but they had a lot of servers/employees around so it felt like they should have been able to provide better service. They either saw my only complaint a few months ago about the Cole slaw OR someone back in the kitchen finally did it right. It was a normal portion and I don't mind the $4.50 side dish charge, but the last time I was here, it seemed half this portion.
