I got the Muffuletta (per amazing recommendation of the cashier at the front) which was a sandwich I had never tasted before. Also the vibe of this place was truly a butcher style location which was so cool. I travelled from Las Vegas to New Orleans and it was so cool to see the difference in the butchers and deli shops from back home. I wish I could have one of these every week! The olive spread as well as the sesame toasted bun mixed with the deli selection of meats, absolutely fantastic!

Customer service here has been going downhill. The first strike is when I ordered turkey breast for…read morethe holidays and they gave me the whole carcass with just the breast on it. So they basically charged me for a carcass that I can't eat. Who gives you turkey breast with the carcass attached like the whole rib cage. I just got a meatloaf from there and it's not all meat. Now they add SOY to their meatloaf to cut down on their cost for them, but still charge us a premium price for the meat. Soy does not belong in a MEAT loaf. I will no longer order their holiday turkey breast because they're charging me for A carcass along with the breast. Now I will no longer order meatloaf because they're charging me for meat and yet they cram SOY in the so-called meatloaf. It's getting pretty close to the point where I just won't shop here anymore. There was also a time where they re-wrapped meat with a new date on it and forgot to remove the old date. That's not really legal. I don't know who is doing all of this, but it's not how little butcher shop used to be. Whoever is in charge now needs to stop it immediately before they get turned in to the proper authorities.

All steaks were cut at angles with bones in places not expected. T-bones didn't resemble t-bones. Sirloins had bones going through them sideways. No ribeye had the eye. They were cut off and nowhere to be found. Cut and quality of steaks we received are impossible to grill. We tried and can't chew it. Not even a great white shark could. I've never got a chuck roast with wide, narrow long bones in it. Briskets were cut thin and tough as the sole of a shoe. Anything we've tried to cook has been a complete disappointment. Only way to eat any of it was to smother it for hours. Some had to be tossed out because there was no hope.

When I visited we got the Double Butcher Burger and the Hanz & Franzwich. The burger was good although, a little overcooked. It was not in my top 10 burgers and was too pricey to be served alone with no chips or fries, which is my main complaint with this place. The prices are very high and do not match the flavor or amount of food you get. I also tried their Sweet Potato Casserole (I believe that's what is it called), it was very good. Before I left I bought a pack of their beef hot dogs. That weekend we cooked them over an open fire and they were delicious.
