They are priced so well, under $4 for a generously filled croissant with freshly made eggs and cooked protein. It reminds me so much of an NYC breakfast cart BEC in the absolute best way possible. The owners and workers are so nice and they had plenty to offer from sweets, to smoothies and a fully stocked beverage cooler. We sat down inside to eat after ordering and receiving our food....of corse the toddlers get sticky and messy with the donut icing so my sister asks if there was somewhere she could take the kids to wash their hands... she was told no! They did not have a restroom, Which was no problem because they sold bottle waters and we were going to wet some napkins and clean our hands and the kids hands. My sister grabs a bottled water from the self serve water cooler and was walking back to our table and the guy working the counter starts yelling at her that she needed to pay for the water and she was stealing the water and she needed to pay; which she was planning to do so once her hands were clean and she could reach into her pocket to get the money out to pay. The guy was really rude and kept yelling that she was stealing and needed to pay for the bottled water. So my sister said never mind, she didn't want it because he was being rude and was accusing her of trying to steal something she wasn't. My sister was standing about 2 feet from the counter and tossed the bottle of water onto the counter and it rolled off onto the floor on the other side of the counter. The female employee came out from the back and picked up the bottle of water and threw it at the 3 kids and almost hit my 2 year old grand daughter. I left a review on their social media account and they responded by saying that the bottle of water did not hit the child and that the security video shows that she did not hit the child and admitted to throwing the bottled water at the kids and saying its ok because she didnt hit the child and she has video proof she didn't hit the child. Which was her admitting a second time to throwing the bottled water at the kids. When i asked her to post the video so all her other customers could see her throwing the bottle at the toddlers, they deleted my review and blocked me from their site. Everyone needs to know that these people who run this place thinks its ok to throw full, unopened bottles of water at 2-4 year old children. Then think they did no wrong because they didn't hit the child with the bottle. All happened because they didn't give my sister a chance to clean her hands to dig the money out of her pocket to pay for a bottle of water. Instead they kept yelling that she was stealing and needed to pay.... how can you have an eating establishment that allows customers to go inside and sit down to eat but not have a restroom or a place to wash your hands... especially while serving sticky messy donuts??!! At least supply wet wipes or something!!!

Hello. This place…read morejust sucks. The food alone is terrible, but above all, the workers are unprofessional. My granddaughter recently obtained a job at "El Sazon" (Snowflakes) to be a waitress. However, they kept her in the back doing dishes the entire week she worked there. She only worked for a week because of the unprofessional, always high manager. She came in to work one day and was told she was off that day. She went home and waited for the schedule to be sent to her. When the schedule was never sent to her, she called and texted dozens and dozens of times, to which she was met with silence. Eventually, we went in to speak to the manager, but he coincidentally couldn't come to the front. She left defeated and upset. She still hasn't gotten a reason as to why she wasn't wanted there. If she did anything wrong and needed to be reprimanded or fired, the manager should have at least had the man parts to tell her. The manager is very unprofessional and always either vaping or playing on his phone. He shouldn't be in charge of a business if he can't even communicate with his employees, especially his new ones. I would recommend going to ANY other Mexican restaurant. Anywhere would be better than here. That is all.
