I understand they take a little time to clean for the next day (should only take 20 min. tops though). When you walk in the front door, to the left you'll see some coolers with things like prepared potatoes, head cheese, and various meats. If you are lucky, they'll have some meatloaf ready and it's some of the best I have ever had. All require you to take them home to cook. Along the back wall is the steak selection and they have some great choices, including filet, NY strips, ribeye, pinwheels, and more. Prices vary and are slightly more than what you might find at a local grocery store, but in my opinion the cuts are superior. They recently started a lunch service where they cook up some of their own meats. They also have daily specials for around $12. The brisket was amazing and had a thick crunchy bark that I loved. They also make their own potato chips in beef tallow and they're really good, plus they have other dishes like roast, pork, and so on. I highly recommend it and the service is very quick.
