Around 6:15, they were serving other trucks/customers who arrived later, while people who had already been waiting for hours were still not being served. The overall ambiance felt unorganized and frustrating, with a lot of standing around, confusion, and a lack of customer service. Our order was finally taken around 7:00, and we received our food around 7:45. The food was okay, but it was definitely not worth the hype. We ordered two burgers--one was over-seasoned, and the other was just a regular burger. The fries tasted like they came straight from the freezer, the cheese was just basic cheese, and the food appeared to have been sitting around instead of being freshly prepared. The wings were sitting in the fryer, and a worker was asking if anyone wanted wings instead of preparing them when ordered. There were also several wrong orders being made, and food was being refried. They ran out of certain burger options and didn't have enough supplies. Overall, the service, organization, and atmosphere did not match the hype. The experience was disappointing, especially considering the long wait.
