I arrived shortly and was taken care of immediately. Super sweet and quick! About 16 dollars nails and left a tip. This is so much more affordable than the places we have gone. Let me tell you this is the best nail trim my dog has received. Her nails are black and white and we have struggled to find a place we are 100% with because they're too scared to cut them (even at the vets office). My pups paws look great! Highly recommend They also have some clothing and health products/treats that seem to be intentionally organic and very reasonable pricing. Thanks again!! The front desk seemed a little all over the place but Kristie still came out to speak with us and go over everything. Two hours later our pup was ready and looked absolutely handsome! While the waiting area is a bit cramped they do tell you two hours so you're free to run errands and come back. There is also a porch out front if you absolutely must wait. Prices are fair and they're very transparent as to why the grooming cost what it did.

At other places - We've brought him to other places in the past where the groomers have shaved too close and our dog had visible razor burns/nicks on him. For a week while he healed, he would always be weary, lethargic, etc. Not here! He's always had a great cut, safe haircut and never had signs of injury. He's always his usual self after the haircut and we love it every time. In terms of value, I think it's pretty fair for a fur cut. Toy poodle for around $70-80.

We brought our 4 month old golden doodle in for his first grooming appointment and were met with…read morenothing but excuses as to why they were "unable to groom" our puppy. I can understand if a dog is difficult to keep still and how a groomer may have some trouble grooming if a dog has too much energy, but the attitude of the gentleman sitting at the front desk was nothing short of condescending and rude. When asked if they had anything to help keep our puppy still or distract him while the groomer worked he responded by saying "this isn't a circus" and continuously questioned where we got our puppy and if he was properly trained. That being said the groomer located downstairs had a much better attitude about the situation but the establishment did little to nothing other than clip his nails, shower him, and return him to us all while making sure to let us know exactly how "annoying" and "loud" the puppy was when they put him in a cage. The gentleman at the front desk himself told us we should look for a different groomer multiple times. Personally I wouldn't recommend this groomer to anyone looking for a specific hair style for their pup or a helpful and caring group of people for their puppies first grooming session because this establishment offered neither.

Appointments are easily made online or phone and they got back to me quickly. I used them for the first time today and was very happy with their services. Erica arrived a bit early (great!) and did a fab job on my small senior dog Sam. He looks handsome and got a new bandana too. Why a mobile groomer you may ask? Well....I was so tired of bad service from former groomers. It was always the same - during the first few visits (the romance stage lol) Sam was taken on time and emerged from the salon looking good with pep in his step. But after awhile there would always be some "event" (i e. carelessness) resulting in an injury, or his nails would be left very long, etc. And he was often waiting for hours due to overcrowding. Note that I show up on time and tip well but that didn't seem to matter. So if you're a dog "pawrent" who doesn't have the time to make two roundtrips to the groomer, and/or just looking for superior gentle one-on-one service, give Groomers of the Galaxy a try. They have various packages ranging from a full groom to mini-groom so check out their website. They use gentle products and hand dry their clients. A bit pricier than in-salon service but totally worth it. They currently operate on Long Island but said they're always expanding to other areas.

Everyone knows a Maltese is hard to groom and we did brush her between visits, but if we could do it ourselves we wouldn't need a groomer! In addition, our dog recently yelped so loud in his truck and then when we wanted to know what had occurred, he basically said he couldn't remember and dropped our dog as a client. Talk about gaslighting. A groomer who cares for a dog wouldn't act this way and now our pet is dirty for yet another month. Highly unprofessional groomer. Thankfully we found a much better groomer who cares for us and our pet.
