Beware of scam artist here it's a old saying that say I don't give 2 F's well guess what they don't give 8 F's at this place they will rip you off real quick. I payed for used motor on 2-23-26 they told me they deliver same or next day they delivered 6 days later and never called me once to communicate. I went there for refund then they walk me to the back and said we pulling your motor now out this car I said you'll not giving me this motor they assured they were they even cranked the car. They did deliver the motor that same day but a motor my mechanic shop could even start. I called them they said the motor didn't come out that car but instead out another car from his brother shop. I never been or heard of his brother not once. They cost me 800 dollars labor for having a motor installed that never worked because they lied. I wouldn't buy a door handle from these crooks anymore they no good here at for less auto on Cullen blvd. Yes this is the exact place I'm speaking of 100% sure of that. read more

BY FAR THE WORST BUSINESS I HAVE EVER WENT TO! I was supposed to get my engine replaced here and they gave me nothing but a headache, problems, and lies! I had my engine delivered to this place on Feb 23rd and my car dropped off the next day AND MADE FULL PAYMENT FOR SERVICE and was told it would be about a week because there was only ONE CAR IN FRONT OF MINE. I also had to be the one to give the man my info as he never even asked for it. A week passed and my car was never touched. My boyfriend went in a couple of days later and was told the car was getting ready to be moved that day and they were going to start on it. Car was still never moved. Two days later I went in myself to see what was going on then I was told that the mechanic at this location was sick and that they were moving my car over there RIGHT NOW with the wrecker and that the engine was already there. So i left being hopeful that maybe something was actually being done this time. A few more days passed and my car was still never moved. So my dad went to talk with them to see what was going on and unfortunately the normal worker that was telling all the lies was not there and it was the owner that didnt know his employee was telling lie after lie. Things got heated because of the miscommunication with the employee and my dad and the owner got into it and my dad called me and told me to come get my money back and we would get my car towed as well. I got there and started talking to the owner and came to the conclusion of getting my money back when i told him i did not have my receipt and was not going to get it he called the police on me. I then called the police as well. The owner then agreed to have my money refunded with out the receipt and but i would have to come back the next day because he could not find it in the system because i was giving him the wrong day that my card was charged. I did get my refund but now I have my car being worked on by another mechanic who not only charged me less but also has my engine COMPLETELY out of my car in literally one day but called to inform me that my other engine is damaged and looks like IT WAS DROPPED but thankfully he is able to swap out the parts from the old engine and will just have to pay more for labor which is still less than what they were charging me. I'm a firm believer in God and that everything happens for a reason and God blocked whatever they had up their sleeve!!! It was cruel to damage my engine but what the devil meant for bad God will also turn good to his believers!!! read more

A VERY unorganized establishment. I was recommended by Coyote Auto Parts, Coyote called ahead of time to make sure the parts were available. They have about 5 people working on inside none of the 5 knew anything about Yotas. They all mostly had a hard time remembering what you said right exactly when you said it. If your looking for parts for a Yota truck they have it. They have a couple of 2nd & 3rd gen 4Runners with partial, fair damage to the front end or no damage at all just visible scratches. The yard is so cluttered and chaotic. It is difficult to walk through and browse the cars. The vehicles are stacked sky high, one on top of another. If the guy wasn't out there to walk with you, you truly would find yourself in a state of confusion of which vehicle you looked at. It was a labyrinth of junk cars in a pit of mud. To view the yard it was free. To view it you must walk behind the counter and out to the yard. There were shelves and shelves of parts those were the only things organized, but the yard itself is a mess. You cannot view it alone. No toolboxes are allowed. The guy who will walk with you will provide a few tools in his backpack and walk with you to find the vehicle number, vehicle and unravel parts. Don't ask him anything he knows nothing about anything or nothing. He is there for one thing and one thing only. The white clerk is also clueless, he is only going by what his computer tells him. He will tell you a different year part will work on your year. But please be knowledgeable of what year goes on what. He was so persist telling me, a 95 has the same parts of 96-02. That is not true. He will make up prices to tell you once you have the part you were searching for. It is a ripoff just to get fast cash. When in doubt, don't check it out. A little research on your vehicle will go a long way rather than buying a part you don't need. I kinda felt bad for the pit bulls they had outside near the parts. The cage was filled with feces and food. For such a small space for 2 pit bull puppies.. Sheesh! This is not the auto parts salvage yard to do business with. read more

Awful customer service, this place is very disorganized. The front counter people are really rude to there other employees who remove parts from the cars. Also seen 2 of the front employees argue with 2 different customers, first and last time I'll be showing up there! Also when I checked out the guy who was helping me placed my change so hard in the counter with such an attitude for no reason. The most unorganized place ever ! They have Zero customer service and they do not care. I waited for 2 hours for a part , after that they tell me they wont give it to me because its in bad condition, while everyone was sitting there without telling me anything. I ended up ordering the part and I keep calling them to see if it has been delivered but all they do is keep hanging up the phone or telling me to call later again. read more

Called in advance to make sure they had the my car so I could purchase the part, with no run-around. Guy who answered the phone confirmed they had 2003 Honda Element and my part would be $25. I finally go in after work and the guy who is behind the counter comes out and does his computer "magic" - turns out they have a 2007 Honda Element. He reassures me that the part I need will work on my Element year. I do some quick research myself to verify, it checks out. Amigo behind the counter starts chatting in spanish with another worker and asks how much the part is, the guy tells him $25 in espanol! However, amigo thinks that all people that do not look like him, does not understand spanish. WRONG BRO-MIGO. He then tells me that the best he can do on the part is $50. ... ... really homie?! The part on eBay brand new is $35! CONGRATULATIONS you have forever lost my business and earned a glorious NEGATIVE review. Think twice before you try to take advantage of people. I tried to give them zero stars but I couldn't. This is the most unorganized and dishonest business I have ever seen. Don't bother buying anything from them, it's not worth dealing with their incompetence. I've never been lied to the way I was by them, and even by the owner. I needed a bumper, left fender, and headlights for my 1988 Cadillac. I called and he said they had all of it and even convinced me the get a hood since mine was slightly damaged. The hood they sent me was in such bad shape the auto shop I took it to couldn't use it and threw it away. The fender they sent didn't fit my car and was plastic instead of steel. The bumper was rusted and the headlights they sent were both right side headlights. Obviously none of these parts were usable so I asked for a refund. The salesman told me that he'd give me a full refund and he was so sorry. After two days I still hadn't gotten the refund so I called again. He gave me some excuse about the system being down but that I would get the refund the next day. After I still didn't get a refund a called again but this time he said his boss wanted the parts back first. Thankfully though they would come pick them up for free that week. They never did and over the next month I probably called twenty times times until I called one day and the salesman had been fired. Then finally I got to talk to the owner. He didn't apologize but did say he'd do the refund himself. He didn't and after three weeks of trying to get him to do I finally gave up. I got a friend to drive me three hours to their store got the refund done. Even after all that he tried to only give me $325 out of the $500 I had spent for "restocking fees". I was able to get him to give me $400 and I took it to be done with that place. This place is absolute trash. read more

I PURCHASED a motor for 500$ on Saturday of last week, they SOLD my motor and made up 3 different lLIES on why they couldn't deliver my motor after waiting a whole WEEK for it. How do you sale someone's merchandise om ACCIDENT ? then hoeass or whatever his name is is, was the one that made the lies up and he's the OWNER. Like what business person does something like that?. He told my motor part broke so he would sale me a 2006 motor, didn't get that either! I guess he ran out of all his lies cause after all the confusion he wanted to give me money back.
