My first impression wasn't the greatest but I'm glad that they reached out and suggested trying again. My vision is pretty complicated so I'm grateful to have a Doctor Who is so compassionate and smart and able to figure out how to get me seeing 2020 again. Service is ok, this location was more of a convenience I thought but... The wait time for Dr Tammera is a bit ridiculous though. So it would be best to take the drive elsewhere as long they stick to the "Scheduled time". I think they forget their "patients" have other things to do with their busy days. read more

The ladies behind the front desk are clueless, disorganized, and have an I don't care attitude. They pulled me in and out of the room a few times because they forgot to do some tests. It almost seemed like it was done on purpose to mess with me unless it was their first day on the job? ‍ On the other hand, Lisa, who helped me out with my glasses selection was very nice and pleasant. Definitely need more employees like her! Now a day after, I received a call from one of the ladies. She called me by the wrong name, tells me that Dr. H has tested positive for Covid and I should go get tested. I appreciate the heads up, but if Dr. H was waiting for Covid results, should she even be working? Not sure what their Covid protocol is but isn't the right thing to do is stay at home until she hears back that she's negative? read more

My 86 year old father constantly breaks his glasses and they are so kind when he goes in for them to be repaired. He says they are so nice and never let him pay for fixing them. I am very grateful he is treated so well. read more

I went to For Eyes Optical, Voorhees, NJ. I am A disabled senior woman. The store is clean, has tons of frame choices, and the most incredible employees. Lori helped me choose frames as I am challenged walking. She suggested plans that fit my budget, I took the insurance on my purchase, and I was satisfied that I got my glasses quickly. About three months later, I had difficulty seeing with my prescription. I returned to the Voorhees For Eyes. Lenora helped me resolve my situation. She went out of her way to resolve my issues. I had a new exam with the Opticians at their location. Here it showed that my original prescription (from my own Eye specialist), was not accurate. For Eyes made good on my insurance and they remade lenses for both pair of my glasses for a nominal fee, As well as replaced one pair of frames as the hinge was broken. I can not say enuf about the care, concern, and professionalism I experienced at For Eyes - Voorhees. Try this store - you will not regret it!! Ask for Lenora or Lori. read more

Thank goodness this is a once a year exam. My appointment was at 2 and the doctor didn't see me until almost 3. Ridiculous, and quite disrespectful. They overbook the appointments, and this is the LAST time I am coming here. I have other things I need to be doing. read more

The staff has always been extremely helpful and honest when assisting in selecting a great frame for my face and personal style. Turnaround time has been excellent. And the quality of lenses A+. The sales are definitely worth keeping an eye out for, too. Highly recommend. read more

I went to get a pair of glasses with a prescription from my eye doctor. The woman who helped me was business-like and pleasant enough I suppose but not overly helpful or nice. She got my email address wrong and I realized it later when I went to register my account on the For Eyes website. I called and asked them to change it and the woman I spoke to seemed like she couldn't have cared less. She said I would get an email and my account would be updated with my eyeglass purchase. It hasn't been. I like my glasses a lot but I would not return or recommend this For Eyes location. They probably get paid minimum wage and make no commission which is why they don't care about customer service. I was not impressed at all! read more

Recently visited Voorhees store to order spectacles for my wife and myself. I told the store sales person that I broke my glasses and requested to expedite the order so I can get the glasses early. I was promised that I will get my glasses with in 5 days and she also mentioned that she will put this order on rush so I can get them even early. One week passed, when I contacted to my surprise they keep telling me the frame ordered not in stock. what the heck!. Later I again promised that I will get the glasses in 2 days. After another 2 days, they keep telling the same story that they did not receive the frame shipment. And now they are offering to cancel my order. Stupid. Highly not recommend these guys if you value your time and money. read more

Not to diminish Grace Tammera's skills, their office proficiency needs polishing. Let me preface this by saying I understand, things happen; waiting in a doctor's office is inevitable. And I do consider myself a very patient person. But time after time, patients (non-emergency) who arrive after me were taken back to see the doctor on several occasions. If you have an 11:00 am appointment do yourself a favor and show up at 12:00 pm. Oh...and don't expect an apology from the doctor and staff for running late....because they simply don't care. read more

I have been a customer here for years and am sadly disappointed. The eye doctor's diagnosed me incorrectly and caused more damage to my eyes by prescribing drops that were expensive and not necessary. They also charged me again for my follow up appointment for an issue that was never resolved. They are money hungry and lack customer service and common decency. read more

I have gone to For Eyes for years for my eye glasses. My go to location is Cherry Hill near Wegmans since I used to ljve in Westmont. I have always been very satisfied with the customer service there. Now I go to the Voorhees store because it is closer to my home in Barnegat. I might not find it quite as friendly as Cherry Hill, it is larger maybe a little less personal. But I am still satisfied enough to drive 50 miles to get there. As a senior citizen on a budget, I try to take advantage of their sales. It saves me a ton of money. I did not get my eye exam at For Eyes but at an opthamologist so can't comment on their eye exams.
