I have been waiting over a month for a Christmas present I ordered for my daughter. They confirmed the order was placed. I even received an email with a Fed Ex tracking number. Fed Ex AI said it is still at the FootLocker warehouse. It was never picked up. When I tried to get information from the FootLocker I was only able to chat with their chatbot. The second time I called for information I was on hold for over an hour and still was not able to talk to anyone. First time I was foolish enough to think I could call during my break at work. It is my understanding that this address in Wausau WI is their corporate office. It seems they can careless about their clients. I don't think I will be purchasing shoes from them again. I do hope I get the order I paid for. The bummer of the whole thing is they are at the mall's footlocker just a few minutes away. I just needed some "convenience" because I work fulltime and run a household. Sad footlocker. The Tracking number when I looked it up never budged. It also said to expect them 5-8 business days to deliver from November 29th. It is now December 28th. The tracking has not budged. It is the same as it was to begin with. ETA Dec 9th. 20 days later and it's still sitting there in their warehouse. read more

As a e-commerce business owner, I am very surprise how bad footlocker.com customer service is. Is unbelievable. My package has been sitting at Fedex station 1 mile away from my house (been sitting in the same station for 7 days). Call Footlocker customers, ask for my shipment update, all they did was read what it says on Fedex.com. I ask if they can follow up with Fedex for me, they than again repeat what it says on Fedex.com. Call multiple times, same response, "if you don't like it, you can get a refund." Well, it is a gift to my son, no gift on Birthday. Don't do your shopping here. Paid $100, did not get my purchase, can't get anyone on foot locker to help resolve the case. 12/15/11 OK. I get it. USP doesn't deliver to PO Boxes. If I wanted my wife's Christmas present not to be delivered to the house I should have had it sent to a friend. I understand that people make mistakes and people send me wrong sized shoes, but the fact the footlocker.com doesn't collaborate with the local footlocker stores is absurd to me Not only did I use my personal time, car, energy, gas driving around town to correct footlocker's mistake none of the local stores wanted to serve it's customers. Excellent customer service with this store over the phone. We live in California and somebody used our card fraudulently to purchase some shoes. We spent a total of maybe 3 minutes on the phone and the money was refunded as well as detailed information given to us to file a police report. read more

We've ordered from them twice-- once in 2012 and again in 2015. Same experience both times-- they sent us the wrong shoes (I mean, TOTALLY different shoes in a different size), then replaced them once I called, then tried to charge me for the wrong ones too. This most recent time they said they were sending me a return label by email, but none of the emails they sent me ever had an attachment. If you call them you get stuck on the phone for 45 minutes, so I just didn't return the shoes since they clearly had no idea what was going on from their end-- sending me emails that my order was cancelled for lack of availability even after they had sent the replacement shoes and charged me, etc. And I sure wasn't going to return the wrong shoes at my own expense, or else call them AGAIN and wait for their slow computers to figure out what was going on. So, then they send me an email that they will charge me if I don't return the shoes, so I get to make that phone call after all, and all they can do is "fill out a report" and request that you be sent a return label 24 hours later. They can't just send it as an attachment immediately and resolve it during the phone call. I understand now that it's a scam to get you to pay for a second pair of shoes you don't want. I just think it's really crappy of them and I don't like companies that pull stunts like that with their customers as a matter of routine. read more

Ordered a pair of shoes from footlocker.com. I could've ordered from 6 different online vendors but I ordered from footlocker because it said it would ship free in 5-6 business days. I click buy and get a confirmation order, then an email saying my shoes will ship in 5-6 business days. 14 business days go by -- looks like I'm not going to get my shoes in time for my trip. I call customer service (they were nice) and they say the system says that my shoes are on back order until July. What are they doing -- going to Ho Chi Minh City, getting building permits, constructing a factory, recruiting laborers, producing my shoe, then letting it sit in inventory for 2 months? I contacted footlocker to have the address changed, and was given this aggressive song and dance about "how expensive it is for us to redirect packages" and "how it's not our problem you won't be there". As a customer, who was guaranteed by an agent of Footlocker it would arrive, and was told he could change the delivery address anytime if it was arriving before I leave, I was treated like absolute shit. THINK TWICE BEFORE BUY ON LINE FROM FOOT LOCKER.COM purchased some shoes, paid 8 bucks for shipping, received them, my wife did not like them, they was not even tried on, I took them back to a locale store, and the store hit me for another 7.99 to send them back, if I'm returning them to a store, why am I paying for shipping twice, they need to make that more clear, its just best to not buy from them all together, buy directly from the manufactures, they have free returns and satisfaction guaranty, even if worn, it seems foot locker lacks on this. read more

I saw all the terrible reviews about Eastbay and the warnings NOT to oder from them. I ignored this because all I was ordering was an electronic gift certificate. How can that get screwed up.... OMG its unbelievable. I order the $150 email gift card. They immediately charge my Amex card and within a day Im being flodded with ad/spam emails from Eastbay..... but no email about my gift card. 2 days later I get an email that my electronic email gift card is on back order for 2 weeks! So now I have to call customer service. Im in Europe. I finally get through and Customer Service tells me..."its been shipped".... I said nothing is being shipped. Where is my electonic email gift card? So then Im on hold for a long time (calling from France) and finally the agent tells me that I shud have it within the next 24 hours. I actually felt sorry for the customer service agent. I told her it must be so frustrating having to take calls all day from customers like me over such stupid stuff. When I placed my order, withiin a minites they charged AMEX, but trying to get your stuff is another story. I just received my order. I received two different shoes in the box. I have spent a total of 45 minutes on the phone trying to get resoltion. First of all each time I spent 15 minutes in queue twice waiting for a customer service rep. That is unacceptable and a reflection of how the whole experience has unfolded. I placed an order online so I do not have to be inconvenienced with going to a store. I was told by two customer service reps, an online chat and a supervisor that since the order shipped from a store and they didn't have the product in the warehouse (the product is in other stores) that I would have to return the product to the store and place a new online order. I had also used an online promo code to receive 20% off the order. I would have to pay full price and then after I was billed I could be refunded the discount. So Foot Locker's screw up is MY PROBLEM and my responsibility to fix!!!! That is absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever received in my entire life!!!! I have managed call center operations before and these broken practices that Foot Locker has in place would have never been accepted at Orvis. Even the supervisor agreed it wasn't right but he could do nothing. Also for Foot Locker to be a multi billion dollar a year company they should look to hiring more qualified customer service reps that at least don't sound so stoned out of their minds that they can barely utter a syllable. I have to bend over backwards every single day to ensure the customer is king. Never in a million years would I ever think that if a company screws up a shipment that it would be up to the customer to fix the issue. I will NEVER order from Foot Locker again and I assure you that I will let everyone know about this horrible experience. I find it extremely hard to believe that if the president of Foot Locker ordered something online and received incorrect product would find it totally acceptable that the company would be like "oh well, you can return the product yourself, place a new order, have to be billed twice for it and then have to be issued two refunds, agree that it wasn't right but it's company policy so there is nothing that can be done about it". I don't think so! They would go ballistic! Then probably rant and rave about how they run a company that prides themselves in customer service. Hello All Please Read, Don't get bad, rude, distasteful, service like me. It started and the actual store like 1 previous review. I tried to buy my shoes at my local footlocker (witch they had) but they told me they could not honor the online price or free shipping. I went home order my shoe not to mention these was my birthday & Christmas present. So I place the order and waited. After about a week I called because I never got a tracking number or nothing. I finally get them a few days later. Wow to my amazement, the shoes was worn clearly worn. I immediately called the 800 number. They told me they can send me out a new pair once I send back the one's I had in my possession. Once they received I told them to send out the new one's. I was told that I had to reorder from online because they didn't have anymore in the warehouse, that once I order again online they was going to ship from one of their stores. It was just a trap I will explain. Well in order for me to reorder the shoes online I was told they had to put the money on a e-gift card. Today is Feb 7th 2016 I was on phone with them Feb 6st 2016 well today the 7th I go online to reorder my shoes and WOW out of stock I have called the CS 3 times and I after speaking with the CS rep trying to get a refund they tell me it's nothing they can do because they issued me a E-gift card I told them to cancel the e-gift card because their is nothing else I want from footlocker Just give me my money back and every time I got to that point they will hang up the phone. I still been trying to get my money back nowhere. I actually have the phone calls recorded. So if anyone would like to here them message me.
