Fed Ex AI said it is still at the FootLocker warehouse. It was never picked up. When I tried to get information from the FootLocker I was only able to chat with their chatbot. The second time I called for information I was on hold for over an hour and still was not able to talk to anyone. First time I was foolish enough to think I could call during my break at work. It is my understanding that this address in Wausau WI is their corporate office. It seems they can careless about their clients. I don't think I will be purchasing shoes from them again. I do hope I get the order I paid for. The bummer of the whole thing is they are at the mall's footlocker just a few minutes away. I just needed some "convenience" because I work fulltime and run a household. Sad footlocker. The Tracking number when I looked it up never budged. It also said to expect them 5-8 business days to deliver from November 29th. It is now December 28th. The tracking has not budged. It is the same as it was to begin with. ETA Dec 9th. 20 days later and it's still sitting there in their warehouse.
